Very pleased with our choice. We initially got four quotes from different builders, most of them were terrible at communicating apart from Alfred. He was very easy to work with, responsive and very careful with our brand new house. His team was hard working, tidy and fast. They completely renovated our garden from removal of old decking and gravel to setting up new fences, levelling and turfing the ground. They also removed our old kitchen, partition wall and carpet, as well as did jobs like plastering, building a wall and set up lights and shelves. We’ll surely have him back soon to work on other jobs.

Obrad runs a tight operation. His team are punctual, polite, hard working and accommodating when works need to be done when living in environment where works are undertaken. Being a Landlord in London for 15 years - I can’t recall more pleasurable and impressive end result experience (have hired dozens and dozens of ‘professionals’ with demanding tenants) and I would honestly place Obrad’s operation as #1 If you require high quality decorating (Recent works were completed on a listed N1 property) -You would be doing yourself a disservice by not engaging Obrad to get thorough works completed. Where I stand - again, after 15 years as a Landlord pain experienced - I would never go anywhere else especially when the highest quality result is required. Hire this company ! 2 lovely guys who turned up every morning at 8 without fail. They obviously have pride in their work as the end result was perfect. They do not cut any corners, taking care and time prepping and then decorating to a very high standard. Our kitchen and dining room has never looked so good. While in your home they are unobtrusive, polite, friendly and will answer and explain any queries you may have , offering advice if required. They also helped me out picking up supplies when I was unsure of what I was buying. I would definitely hire them again - in fact I have - they’re doing our bathroom next year

I cannot give stronger feedback. The work Pavlo completed was not only quick, reasonably priced and fantastically accurate, but Pavlo was friendly, clean and very respectful. The job was quite big and underachieve by mu amateur hands, so I was thankful for the professionals to come in and that is exactly who arrived. The finish was perfect, all cracks and imperfections filled, walls prepared and sanded thoroughly and end result exceeded expectations. I am having Pavlo back to do some more as I can now never meet his high standards. Please use...he is great!

He clearly explained the options available to me and explained to me what he as doing at each stage. Chris and his workmate (also called Chris) are hardworking and efficient, and they give good advice in addition to doing a competent and neat job. Our kitchen looks great thanks to their splendid tiling work (with glass tiles, which look lovely but are not the easiest of tiles to fix). Their rates are very reasonable too. My wife and I are both very satisfied with their work, and we will definitely be using them again.

I hired DS Developments to completely landscape my small front garden. This involved clearing and levelling the area; moving and re-securing a bike shed; laying a patio and lawn; and a number of finishing touches. The area went from somewhat of an embarrassing eye-sore to an area of pride. One that several neighbours have already made compliments about. David provided a professional service from start to finish. His quote was more than I expected, but his knowledge and vision gave me the confidence to select his services. He provided a selection of options and stuck to budget; adapted well to new ideas/suggestions; and informed in advance where the cost would be impacted. He and his team also were as tidy and considerate as possible and I highly recommend their services.
