I will touch up any of my work that requires it. For example, new doors are kept bone dry in the warehouse and may swell when fitted into their new home due to the natural humidity in the air, this can cause issues with opening & closing the door within 2 weeks of fitting. This is a natural occurrence and not an error in the fitting. I would simply re-adjust the frame/ or the door once it has tuned to its new climate. There is no additional charge for this adjustment.

Factors like surface preparation, drying times, and weather conditions for exterior work also affect the schedule.

What kind of paint or finishes are suitable for Newcastle Upon Tyne homes?

In Newcastle Upon Tyne, common choices include matte and eggshell finishes for interiors due to their elegant look and ease of touch-ups.
