A large obsolete brick-post needed to be removed and replaced by a concrete-post and a narrow fence. Kensington Constructors Ltd was invited to do the job due to their experience in demolition and building. For the full day the Kensington team dismantled the pack of bricks with great care for the passing people in the alleyway and the pedestrians of the main road. The bricks went swiftly to the recycling and by efficient planning the concrete post and the fence where immediately available on site to be set. This ended with a superbly set fencing the corner of the property exactly meeting the requirements. Small or larger jobs that need to be done on time, on cost, as planned, Kensington Constructors is the first choice.

When choosing a contractor and site visit being made that is the opportunity to look closely at the job and give your price. I don't expect the contractor to try to change the price once the job has started because certain issues weren't taken into account. Don't under price the job to get it then justify the change in price due to your own failings. Tidy workmen cleared up after themself. Didn't find it easy to make contact or get reply for email requesting detailed breakdown of the job and materials required. Pleasant approachable manager but not enough for me to want to work with again.

Sanjiv was on time, arrived and explained what he was going to do, and did a few other jobs while there. He and his colleague were polite and well-equipped with the right tools. The sealant looks good, the grouting is ok although some has come off, and we still have an issue with our shower fan, which is more the fan than anything Sanjiv and his colleague did. Afterward, I did wonder if £240 was quite expensive but as they were a few odd jobs I kept putting put off, I didn't question it.

Mash and his team were fantastic. Communication was great, always kept me updated, price fantastic, real competitive. Mash painted my whole flat, laminated the downstairs hallway, fitted my bathroom tiled, mixer tap, bathroom cabinet shower rail, etc. He fitted my wardrobe with handrails and shelving , blinds put up as well as curtain rails. The job was completed on time. I cannot fault Mash and his team in anyway, and I have dealt with some cow boy builders in the past. I have recommended Mash to my sister as well as booking some more jobs myself in the near future. Highly recommend by me. Thanks guys.

Mihaly of Prismabathrooms was fantastic. He wanted to come at 8am everyday but we asked him to start a bit later which he did and was always on time. Before starting any job he asked us how we wanted things to be done and would suggest things if we were not too sure. Also he was happy to change things if we were not happy with something. Every evening he cleared away and cleaned up. When he had finished the job he took away all the old stuff like the bath,etc. The finished bathroom looks great and we are very happy with the result and will definitely use Prismabathrooms again.

Numan completed the job to a good standard, with reasonable pricing. The only reason I gave a 4 out of 5 was due to attention to detail. He used a green permanent marker to make his markings and left a few marks around/ visible, which doesn’t fit the aesthetic lol. I have attached a few examples. Apart from that, he communicated well and was respectful. Thank you.
