My partner and I invited Ionas Property Developers to quote on a fairly extensive renovation and redecoration project on our home in August, 2016. Our budget was limited, as was our time schedule, but above all, we were looking for a candidate with whom we could have a collaborative working relationship, this being a project we had a huge personal investment in. We were impressed and struck with Greg’s professional and punctual presentation on our first meeting. Unlike a number of other contractors interviewed, what set Greg apart was his ability to listen and take on board our brief, which was highly design - driven. He was also open to discussing our budget limitations and from the outset inspired complete trust that he would be able to balance our expectations and our budget without compromising on the quality and finish we required. Based on this strong first impression, we hired him. Working around hugely disruptive delays from some other suppliers, Greg and his team delivered the work to a standard that far exceeded our expectations and managed to complete within a tight schedule, with only minor and justifiable adjustments to the initial budget. We were 100% thrilled with the results. I can without a shadow of doubt recommend Ionas. Behind the true craftsman with an obsessive eye for detail and finish, there is also a thoughtful, insightful and considerate family man. This will make him our first and only choice for any future projects. A true find.

Meshi was fantastic and I highly recommend him. He worked extremely hard and produced excellent results. He made a old wallpapered living room in my Victorian house look like it was in a new house by stripping the layers of wallpaper off, replastering the room and painting the walls and woodwork. All done extremely professionally and cheerfully! He was very respectful of both myself and my house ensuring everything was clean and tidy before he left. I certainly will be employing Meshi again for future decorating projects.

Bathroom Fitting- 9 May 2019
Angel and Lubo both sent by Atanas were efficient in completing the bathroom job given to them. Overall a nice finish and the bathroom looks completely different to how it used to be. Good price charged for labour.

Andrei and his friend Alin, wonderful! They have been incredible throughout the job today. Disassembled everything very quickly and in perfect condition, kept it all on the side very well. I am extremely happy with the work done today. Will highly recommend and will definitely hire them again.

Ricky and Michael were a pleasure to have around. They were very professional with their work and always very polite and punctual. They did a great job, over and above the work expected from them. Always cleaning up after themselves and leaving a perfect finish. I trusted them with my keys and my flat while I was at work everyday, they were really great at giving me one less thing to think about. I certainly won’t look elsewhere for additional work needed in the flat. Thank you both, kindest regards.

I wasn't impressed and felt like the Job was rushed through out, found the paint work lacking the finishing touches on most parts and the house was left with work waste around. Maybe they tried there best but definitely didn't find them professional decorators.

Hire this company ! 2 lovely guys who turned up every morning at 8 without fail. They obviously have pride in their work as the end result was perfect. They do not cut any corners, taking care and time prepping and then decorating to a very high standard. Our kitchen and dining room has never looked so good. While in your home they are unobtrusive, polite, friendly and will answer and explain any queries you may have , offering advice if required. They also helped me out picking up supplies when I was unsure of what I was buying. I would definitely hire them again - in fact I have - they’re doing our bathroom next year
