Naim is an extremely likeable character who made me feel at ease immediately. As a single lady I wanted someone I could trust to have in my home and feel comfortable. Naim and his team provided that. Communication was brilliant throughout. I could always get hold of him if I needed to. He was happy to start quickly and was considerate to neighbours with noise and rubbish. There are still some tiny bits to finish, but overall my flat looks beautiful.
