Asen acted promptly on receipt of being shortlisted and came to the house within 2 hours to assess what was required. He suggested other (better) ways of fitting some items and which surfaces we should consider attaching some things to. He did all the actual work in one day, despite the fact he did not finish work until 7pm. He was meticulous in his work and very careful not to cause any damage to our new home. We will have no hesitation in using his company again.

Peter and his team have done an excellent job on painting my windows, and replacing the front door step. Peter also took on a number of extra jobs for a very reasonable extra fee and helped me with work that I thought I could handle myself without any charge at all. He was easily the most reasonable of the quotes I had and a real pleasure to have around. His main concern was that I was happy with the work. When it rained just after the last coat of gloss went on leaving marks on the paintwork, he had no hesitation in planning to come back to give it all another coat. Peter is returning to do the brickwork when the bricks come in and I will be asking him to do work for me in the future.

Mark Szekely of American Brothers Ltd did an perfect job at our home that exceeded our expectations. He is honest, very hardworking and punctual and tries to go an extra mile to get the best results. He has done innovative plumbing and tiling/painting jobs in our bathrooms. The finish is excellent. We think his prices are reasonable and good value for money. We plan to hire him again in the Spring for painting, tiling and kitchen counter upgrades.

I highly recommend Mike, Get Me the Handyman. He was great to deal with. He set out his costs accurately, was reasonably priced and quick to respond. He did a fantastic job in less time than originally anticipated. He fixed and painted all the windows in my flat but was also happy to help with smaller jobs and went above and beyond in assisting me to get my flat ready for sale, cannot recommend enough.

I highly recommend Vali and his team for any decorating work. They recently painted all of the internal walls, ceiling and woodwork of my home, and the entire experience was flawless. From the start, communication was excellent, and the team was incredibly professional. Not only is the quality of their work top-tier, but they also proactively spotted a few unexpected issues along the way and sorted them out with absolute ease. They even kindly stepped in to help sort out the fitting of a garden gate when my landscaper let me down at the last minute. They gave a very fair price that included all the materials, that aligned perfectly with my budget. They stuck strictly to the promised timeline, working diligently to complete the entire job in just 3 days. To top it off, they were exceptionally clean and made sure all rubbish was completely removed before leaving. A fantastic, stress-free experience—I would absolutely use them again.

Geoff painted and decorated the outside of my terraced house in June 2013. He was very reliable, turning up exactly on time when my time was limited. He was exceptionally helpful and courteous. His work can be highly recommended. I was delighted with the finish, the time he took to complete the job and the standard of work. The price was very competitive. I will certainly be hiring Geoff again in the future if he can fit my jobs in! Geoff also listened carefully to what I wanted done and then gave back good advice based on his experience. He provided a very competitive quote and completed the entire installation, seamlessly managing every aspect of the project with incredible skill. This included complex plumbing and electrical work which meant we did not need to coordinate with multiple trades.
