DO NOT HIRE SEAN, he is the most unprofessional decorator I have ever met. He was sacked from this job. Key issues were: * He did not sufficiently prep the external woodwork and slapped paint on. It will now have to be stripped and done again. * He painted a window shut. *He a broke a window and is refusing to pay for it, despite the fact I have photographic evidence that shows the window was not broken when he started the job. * His invoice did not mention the total amount was less VAT. He then asked for more money to cover the VAT but the invoice did not have a VAT number on it. This is against the law. * He went behind my back to tell a sob story to my partner and manged to get part payment for the job, so I am now out of pocket. * He told me to job would take four days then stretched it over a week and a half.

Khalid did excellent job.His team did the painting work neatly and in time. He did many jobs including plaster boarding the ceiling, plumbing, electrical, jet washing, wood painting, stair rails etc. His team of workers are professional and reliable. I moved in a new house and needed variety of jobs which Khalid and his team did quite promptly. I did not have to look for different workers for different jobs. I would highly recommend Khalid and would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends.

I had 4 rooms, hallways, and landings painted. Overall, I am happy with the outcome and would recommend their services. Key strengths: Focus: Team picks one job at a time, which gives you the comfort that you have their undivided attention and focus. Fair pricing: They physically inspect the work before giving a quote and their pricing estimates are reasonable. Work ethics: They don’t shy away to put in the hard work and long hours, to ensure agreed outcome and quality is delivered. Problem solving: My wall had some issues. They were transparent on the possibilities and proactively tried different solutions (e.g. use skimming material vs filler) to solve it Receptive to feedback: They take constant feedback from you to make sure you are happy with how the outcome. The main wall finish looks great and they did clear out a lot of debris. However, on occasion, I had to point out a few places where colors met (yellow paint on white skirtings), along with a few missed cleanup spots

Ash & Mohammed redecorated my 3x storey 3x bed house with home office including all walls throughout, some timber windows, external doors and relaid and stain and oil to my timber floor, worktops and stairs. They worked diligently and quickly; it took less than 7 working days. They were good value for money, were honest and reliable.

Shiv builders did the tiling for my bathroom. The quote was easy and done via a WhatsApp video. Price was reasonable. The job turned out to be more challenging than we first thought with uneven walls and floorboards were quite worn however they found solutions easily. The team arrived on time and did an excellent job. Always left the place tidy and very polite and professional. I then had a few additional jobs round the house such as changing door handles and fitting light pendants which they happily accommodated and again did a good job. Will definitely be using them for future work.

Professional Polish builders (london) ltd,?this is a suitable name for this company. They built an extension and loft for me in the time standards set. They aren’t a cheap service but the professionalism of this boys goes beyond and above. I’ve seen a lot in my life and it was the third extension I designed for myself as I’m architect. It is hard to find an honest builder who will tell you the truth about what is waiting for you during the works. The job was done relatively quickly even when I changed my mind a few times and the weather this winter was cruel but Adam and Martin were always positive so do not believe any one who gives a fixed price and time - it’s impossible to do. Adam and Martin are fantastic organizers and skillful professional builders, his team are friendly,very funny and hard working guys. Open minded guys who will tell you straight on what things you can save money on and what not to. My dog has fallen in love with them. Safety and common sense is a priority to the crew. I would recommend these boys to everyone. thanks for your help and hard work!
