with 10 years working with a plumbing and heating engineer we gained a maintenance contract with a letting agent which had a wide range of work doing decorating, fencing, grounds maintenance, tiling, cleaning. pretty much any little job you can think of. i have gained on the job experience dealing with customers and tenants to get the job done to the highest standard possible.
