AVOID this clown at all costs. Alex and Jimmy are cleaners, NOT PAINTER DECORATORS. They left the job unfinished and caused us a huge amount of grief and hassle with our elderly client. Alex was late, told lies, was painfully slow because he's incompetent and took the clients keys. I had 30 phone calls from our client and was permanently making excuses and apologising for him. Don't touch this guy, he is rude, offensive and misrepresents his capability. Do yourself a favour and find someone else.

At First Wesley who 'project managed' seemed really great and we got on very well I thought. The project has not been an easy one with monies being delayed on my part, difficult neighbour, Co-vid and me asking lots of questions I will admit to that. However if I am paying 105k I am entitled to ask lots of questions in my opinion and should be made to feel comfortable doing so. If it is too much for them they can ask me politely to put it all in 1 email. I was not that present at the start of the project and I have been since June and they have not liked it and now I know why. These men have now walked off with £87,500 of my money and left my house in a complete state. Rubble everywhere, no roof, walls or anything and a complete mess. Since they left I have realised how poor and lazy the work is as have many other tradesmen and surveyors. They have carried out substandard work. I do not even think it will pass regs. Beer cans found and no toilet onsite so using my garden... They got aggressive and shouted at me which is also not acceptable! I understand people have their differences and may not get on but it is no way to treat someone especially not your client. They have done awful work, started many parts and not finished 1. It's all over the place. Stolen my money and run off. 5 months work and it looks as if they have only spent 2 months on it. These men have committed serious Fraud, do not use them EVER. Empty promises, substandard work and aggressive.

The job involved a complete refurbishment of our main bathroom, including the tiling and flooring. Also, Mr Brimble installed some new radiators and power flushed the existing system. We decided to use Mr Brimble because his quote was detailed reasonably priced. He got the job finished in the time frame he gave us. He was professional throughout and paid much attention to his customer care. He showed great knowledge and competency and I would recommend him without hesitation.
