The whole team were courteous and respectful of the fact it was only a small space. They worked hard turning up on time and completing a full day everyday including bank holidays! I was kept informed all the way through the job and Cody checked in on progress with me when he couldn't be on site. They tidied up after themselves and finished the job in the time allocated. I am very happy with the result and my flat looks like new again. I would definitely recommend thank you.

I had a loft conversion done by a builder, after which we failed the Final Inspection. Subsequently, I fired that builder and began searching for a reliable builder to complete my loft conversion and address all the issues that Building Control had identified. After interviewing 3 builders, I decided to hire Magic Finishing. Vlad was diligent and caring about my situation, and he brought a great team with him to finish my construction. He replaced the staircase to the loft ( which was the main issue), replaced all doors with fireproof doors, performed electrical work, painted all touched areas, and also retrofitted the outhouse.

At first Erlind was very nice and did the tiling for us, however we had agreed on a quote that included him also fixing the vanity in our bathroom, in the cloakroom and other small jobs. Some of the furnitures took some time to be delivered, so Erlind agreed to come back at a later time to fix everything. We had a friendly relationship, so we paid him in full for everything he agreed to do as we trusted him to come back. He came back once to check what was left to do and said he’d come the next day to fix everything. We asked him to do some more stuff as well and mentioned we would obviously pay him for these extra tasks and he kept saying “don’t worry about it.” Unfortunately, he never came back the next day and has ignored every single one of our calls and texts since then. In terms of his work, he didn’t fixed our bathtub tap straight, he damaged our bathtub and said he would fix his mistake but instead he just put some white tape over it. The whole experience was very disappointing, he’s never come back to complete the job despite receiving the money for it. We were naive in thinking we could trust him but he is very unreliable, dishonest, unprofessional and untrustworthy. I do not recommend this builder.

I hired Jay to complete some boxing in/tiling work.I am so pleased with the work that he is coming back to do my bathroom.Overall he was punctual,friendly and his work was to a very high standard.I would recommend him to anyone.
