Greg was amazing from the start to the end. He was able to come around and provide a comprehensive quote for an insurance claim due to a damaged water leak. Separately but at the same time I also requested the apartment be repainted. Both jobs were completed at the same time and to an exceptionally high standard. Greg was very easy to work with and was able to leave the keys with him whilst he got on and completed the job. Very happy with the work and highly recommended and will use him again soon. Hocay did excellent work for us. Despite having no prior feedback, I invited him to have a look at the job and was impressed. He was clear about what needed to be done, in what order, and what tools/materials he would need. This ensured that the job was finished on schedule and on budget. Our newly-plastered bedroom has been painted and panelled, and the skirting has been painted and installed, all with expert precision. My house is over 100 years old, so nothing lines up properly. Hocay consulted us on a number of ways to work around this, and ensured that the job was done to such a high standard even though the room wasn't perfect. He did not - as others have - complain that the job was hard. It's clear that he has top notch technical skills. More importantly, Hocay is easy to work with. He was always punctual, diligent, and communicative. English is not his first language, but he asked the right questions to make sure we were on the same page. It's also worth mentioning that after painting and decorating at my house, he went off to a night job, and returned promptly and full of energy the next morning. I can't commend his work ethic more highly. All in all, Hocay is one of the best contractors I've worked with, in terms of quality, personality, and price. He will be the first person I call when I need more painting and decorating done and I would thoroughly recommend him.

We called handyman twice. Once to get door locks, cabinets and electrical switches fixed and the second time to fox our floor that was ruined by the floor man. Izmir completed all the work in time, The company even bought the materials and we were saved from all the hassle. We are really pleased with the quality of work and will be hiring them if needed again.

The job was complicated, as we were refurbishing a hotel with guests in residence, we also repainted an additional building interior and exterior as well as the hotel from top to toe. We found them to be a great team with a good leader, they often went above and beyond the call of duty, and completed the job on time. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, we are a hotel so lots of attention to detail, they really exceeded our expectations in every way. We will happily use them again.

I have refurbished the bathroom first which Livio team undertook all of the works including electricity; plumbing, tiling and general make good. When works were finished in the bathroom I also asked them to do some works in my loft room. All the works were caried out to a very high standard. I am very pleased with the outcome and I shall call for their services for other works around the house in the near future .i would highly recommend them.

I was hesitating about leavening feedback for a long time, but in the end decided to do it. I hired Anton for the job and when he came round I unfortunately was very unwell running high fever, so wasn’t entirely with it. Anton didn’t fix the tap but simply found another way I could run water in the bath (which was already there). He charged me £400 for simply showing me how to open another tap. If I were well, there’s no way I would have paid him so much money. Another plumber came round since and fixed the problem for £180. All I can say I’ve felt de-frauded.
