Florin extended and completely refurbished our 4-bedroom semi-detached house. This included extensive steelwork, underfloor heating, complete re-plumbing and rewiring, excavation, and an entirely new slate roof as well as varying extensions up to three floors high. I cannot say enough good things about his workmanship, professionalism and reliability. His workmanship makes a perfectionist like myself happy. He is also completely professional: even with our difficult neighbours he was always courteous and understanding, and even helped them sort out issues at a moment’s notice that had nothing to do with his building work on our property. And he is also thoroughly reliable. I cannot think of any instance where he committed to something and did not deliver — he even managed to finish all the work on our house ahead of schedule and on budget. We have been so happy with his work that we contracted him to build us a summer house as well, from scratch, and to complete revamping our front garden including elements of hard landscaping. Again he delivered flawlessly and we are very happy with the result. We also continually receive positive comments from people passing by and just seeing the front garden. We have used several other builders in the past on other properties, including far more expensive ones, and none compare to his level of competence, attention to detail in his workmanship, his complete professionalism and thorough reliability. Now that we have found Florin, we will never look for another builder again. I just hope once others experience what he delivers for themselves he will still have some availability for us in the future!

Job was for stairwell only, since bathroom had to be excluded. Requirements were ceiling, walls, bedroom doors and surrounds, skirting and banisters. Ceiling/walls: excellent work, now looks brighter and fresher than it's looked in years; Doors/surrounds/skirting: same comments - all look like new; banisters: great work on the banister/balustrade combinatiion - nice refresh; perhaps a bit more prep on the left banister would have made this part perfect, but looks good anyway. Overall 90% thanks, and will still ask George back to do living room next year!

From the 5 qoutes I got here, Marian gave the cheapest. A true gentleman, very professional, very quick and very clean paint job. He completed 6 bedroom house in 5 days and put everything back the way it was. I would definitely hire him again and recommend everyone to do the same!

Marek gave us a quote for the replastering of our flat as part of our full renovation. We discussed the works in some detail and he definitely knows his stuff, and we were confident that he would do a good job. However we did not end up needing anyone as our existing builder who was doing our kitchen said he could do it. Marek was our first choice otherwise. I am certain he would have done a good job and he offered us a competitive quote. So I just wanted to say on here that despite Marek only having 1 previous feedback we have met him and you should definitely consider him for your job.

This is the best experience I have ever had with any tradesman! Paco’s enthusiasm experience and attention to detail is absolutely amazing. He completed the job without fuss and up to a very high standard and even painted and fixing up other bits for us too! He even came back an extra day at no additional cost to add some finishing touches. Always friendly, polite, helped me move furniture and cleaned up too! Amazing experience after hiring so many bad tradesman in the past. Would defiantly recommend PDM Services and hire again. Top Guy

Work was generally ok. Was happy with the initial finish of the work and seemed to be a nice guy. However upon inspection I noticed some bits which had been missed completely - skirting, windows etc. I communicated this and also discussed additional works and was told he would return the following week to complete and confirm dates for additional work. However he never returned to complete and has subsequently stopped replying to my numerous texts. Work was completed Jan 20th. Last correspondence was Jan 24th and I have texted four times since then and had no reply.
