Alan and Bal was amazing, friendly and professional in every way. They listen and act accordingly to perfect what you request. The painting is impeccably done as well as the flooring, I am please with all aspect of their work. Only fault was my wallpaper was rip during install, however they managed to rectify it. I definitely will be using their services again.

Singh did the job well. He painted the wardrobe well and even went over it again with another coat to ensure I was satisfied with the job. He did everything I asked him to do well, including painting, repairing the outside step by laying new slabs and reparing some holes left by recent plumbing work, I had done in the kitchen. He was very polite and tidied up afterwards. His pricing is very reasonable.

TLC have completed the first phase of the project which has involved a complete renovation and upgrade of the kitchen, bathroom, and rear garden area. A new contemporary staircase has also been fitted. The work has been completed well ahead of schedule, and this is testament to the planning and coordination skills provided by TLC. All of the work has been completed to a very high standard, and a great deal of care has been taken to ensure the minimum disruption to the local residents. We are extremely grateful for the advice and support provided to us leading up to the restoration work and whilst the restoration was underway, and we are absolutely delighted with the final results. Our house has been transformed into a contemporary family home. Many thanks to Bradley, Paul, and the rest of the team at TLC.

Very pleased with our experience. The gentleman who came to visit it was punctual, professional and resolved the issue. You could tell he knew exactly what he was talking about, and even though my daughter had attempted to fix the washing machine previously and in doing so had lost the plate inside the washing machine that helps the door to stay secured he managed to dismantle the machine completely and find it. To even know where within the machine it would’ve dropped based off of her description of her attempts at fixing it just showed the level of knowledge he had. Furthermore, when discussing ideas for renovations around the house in the near future, he was able to come up with some really innovative solutions for some of the issues we were having making the space functional for the whole family. We have had quite a lot of work done to our house and appliances and I can confidently say, the gentleman that visited us was a brilliant tradesmen who takes pride in his work.

DO NOT HIRE SEAN, he is the most unprofessional decorator I have ever met. He was sacked from this job. Key issues were: * He did not sufficiently prep the external woodwork and slapped paint on. It will now have to be stripped and done again. * He painted a window shut. *He a broke a window and is refusing to pay for it, despite the fact I have photographic evidence that shows the window was not broken when he started the job. * His invoice did not mention the total amount was less VAT. He then asked for more money to cover the VAT but the invoice did not have a VAT number on it. This is against the law. * He went behind my back to tell a sob story to my partner and manged to get part payment for the job, so I am now out of pocket. * He told me to job would take four days then stretched it over a week and a half.

I have been in contact with Michael since the beginning of the negotiation, and he has always been very kind. On the day of the job, the team arrived more than two hours late. The work was completed, however, I noticed some spots on the wall afterwards. I requested that they come back to fix the issue, and although it was agreed, no one has returned to address it. Kevin came and scoped the job quickly, providing a number of different options and quotes, to solve the issue. He was open about the higher costs and explained the additional work between the options. Job was done quickly and to a good standard. Everything cleaned up afterwards, and no issues. Would recommend.
