Question 1

How long does a typical painting and decorating project take in Leatherhead?

Accepted Answer

Project length varies with the size and nature of the work. A single room might take a few days, while larger jobs like whole-house decorating or detailed woodwork can take several weeks. Factors like surface preparation, drying times, and weather conditions for exterior work also affect the schedule.

In Leatherhead, common choices include matte and eggshell finishes for interiors due to their elegant look and ease of touch-ups. For exterior surfaces, weather-resistant paints that cope with the local climate, such as moisture and temperature changes, are essential for lasting protection.
