Aleks and his team completed this job to the highest standards, I am so happy with the work. I had Victorian Coving put up, and herringbone floor laid along with complete redecoration and tiling splashback in kitchen. Honestly some of the best building and paint work I’ve ever seen. Excellent communication throughout and great ideas on finishing touches. SO HAPPY! Aleks is polite and kind and does not overcharge for his work. I will definitely be having more work done with this company in the future! Highly recommend!

Paul (Pawel) has just completed the job, I'm 100% happy with his work. Always a bit of a risk when choosing anyone to work on anything but Paul was great to work with, he knows his stuff and I'm so pleased with the finish and quality of his decorating. I'm having him back soon to do more work. 10/10

Adam did an amazing job of restoring our summer house which had been damaged and started to rot. He came to help at very little notice and stayed late to ensure the job was done - the work looks absolutely amazing and is as good as new. Couldn't recommend highly enough

After inviting 3 firms these guys impressed me the most initially. Glad my instinct was right! They did a full refurb of the prayer room in our house. It's special to us, so wanted a high standard AND a pleasant building process as well. Had been messed around by cowboys in the past, so scrutinised these guys at length (see below!).Here are a few reasons why I'll be using them gain: - gave me a fair quote (almost half what the others quoted) - spent five days on site and arrived promptly every day - listened to what we wanted to do and didn't pressure us into cutting corners - project ran over (as they always do) and they ended up staying extra days. They didn't kick up a fuss about this or demand more money. Simply wanted to complete the job. Unheard of. - Asked them to do little extra things here and there, and they didn't whip out their calculators and log books to tack on extras onto the bill. - Quality of work was good, they care a lot about the quality of the materials they use - even accompanying me to B&Q after work so that I bought the right adhesive! Disclaimer: I'm not hailing these guys as perfect angels from above. If I was to nit pick, I'd say they were a little bit messy at the beginning. But honestly, who cares when everything else is so good. I'm happy to be contacted (07747309465) if you want to see our room. We ended up (voluntarily) paying them more than the agreed price at the end. Never done that before. But never had reason to. Enough said.

Handyman- 12 Feb 2026
The job involved identifying the source of a water leak around my front door. This involved two visits from their handyman. In the first visit, he cleared a gutter above the door and mentioned that the sealing around the door would have to be redone. In the second visit he did the sealing. Unfortunately this part was botched: he used sealant with a color completely different to the door frame. He applied the sealing over the old one, instead or removing the old one. He also applied sealing where he shouldn't have: on one side of a window above the door. Overall, the job completely ruined the aspect of the entrance to my property. The handyman was very nice and polite but entirely unqualified for this job. I have now contracted a professional mastic man company to come and undo what Elite Building Facilities have done and do the job again from scratch. The quote for this is HALF of what I paid to Elite Building Facilities for the botched job.

We initially hired Olsi to decorate our upstairs - being 4 bedrooms and a landing - and it was a great decision. Olsi was fantastic from the start, always super helpful and offering advice and very clear communication. In the end we decided to add on some other jobs, which Olsi helped with. Olsi is a very hard worker, diligent and very neat and tidy. I can not recommend Olsi enough and will be using him when we decorate the downstairs.
