In the end we decided that as well as painting all exterior walls of the house, we also asked about replacing 8 old garden fence panels and posts and also removing and repaving old brick raised flower bed on driveway. Great paint job on the house. The guys removed the old fences and installed new concrete posts and gravel boards with new panels. Old flower bed was removed and ground levelled with new paving slabs laid down. Overall the guys have done a great job, neat and tidy at end of every day and during works. All jobs finished as I needed, no complaints my end. Thanks Arek and to the guys who finished the job!

Incompetent and vacuous. Didn’t read the plans or sizes at the start, which meant many crappy adjustments were made throughout, ie sink on the wrong side, oven protruding out etc. Anything that seemed hard was an ‘extra’ cost. Damaged most items that were installed and then refused to change them as it was too much effort. Quality of workmanship was very low, and finishes were terrible, when requested to amend he flatly refused. He seemed very inexperienced and possibly had never fitted a kitchen or bathroom before. Once he had received 90% of the contract money he started refusing to do things and not turning up, eventually leaving the job unfinished. He totally ignored requests to finish the job and kept our keys!! He is supposed to be a qualified gas engineer - however managed to break our boiler and then refused to fix it as he didn’t know how. I mean it’s just lunacy! We have since had another quote to complete the work and fix all the damage he caused which is the same price as what we have already paid. The new builder noted the work used primitive methods and was substandard. I would not recommend Nikolay at all. Total nightmare to deal with and unbearably unprofessional. I can only assume the other positive reviews on here are from his friends!!

I am extremely happy with the work carried out. Murray completed everything exactly as agreed, and the entire job took around two and a half days. He was professional, reliable and punctual throughout. He was also very accommodating, respectful and committed to delivering a high standard of work. He completed every task within the agreed scope and paid great attention to detail. What impressed me most was how clean and tidy he kept everything while working. At the end of the job, he made sure the area was spotless and actually left it looking better than before. Overall, I am very pleased with both his workmanship and professionalism. I would definitely hire him again in the future. If you're looking for someone who will do a quality job without any hassle and give you complete peace of mind, I would highly recommend him.

Job(s) - Painting bathroom/Kitchen work - Clapham Adel came round for the free quote and offered so many good suggestions and even made recommendations based on top of what we wanted, that would technically or visual look better - they were good ideas. His expertise and experience were very useful in any of the jobs we wanted doing. The Job itself was completed in only a few days and to a high standard, Adel was always there to communicate and his flexibility to get the work done round our timescales was great. He appreciated we had a family and would be living the house during the works and the house was left tidy at the end of each. If work was quoted and turned out not to be needed, it was simply not charged for and removed from the final payment. Thanks to Adel and his team. Would i hire again - Yes

Super happy with the job that Jignesh has done for us at home. I needed a wall to be insulated and the outer materials to be replaced as well as the decking to be readjusted, cleaned and painted once the job on the outer wall was finished. The job was extremely professionally and swiftly done. Jignesh provided a clear quote at a reasonable price and he did everything as per the discussed plan. As the job would take a few days to complete (as some materials needed to dry before continuing), Jignesh was calling and checking on this, so he could come back and complete the job. I loved the fact that I didn't have to be chasing him to get it finished as he was super proactive. The end product looks amazing by the way. I would and will hire him again without question for further jobs. I highly recommend him.

Gary has completed the job I posted of making good and plastering 2 bedrooms and 1 living room. I found him to be an honest and extremely hardworking guy and his work has been of excellent standard. Gary will be the first person I call for any further work I need. If it’s not a job he can do he will certainly know someone that can although he does seem to be able to do most things! I have already referred him to 3 friends who need jobs doing because I would highly recommend him. I’m very pleased I chose him to do the job.

Peter helped us painting our living room and bathroom. It was a tricky job with high ceiling and many cupboards, radiators, etc to paint around and he did a marvelous job! He's very professional, clean and meticulous, he is also experienced in all other aspects of decoration and general handy man work, he helped us with other bits and bobs around the house going above and beyond what we expected. We would 100% recommend his services to anyone looking for an experienced and professional decorator/handy man!
