Lee came to view the door for painting. We agreed on a price and he agreed on a start day. Unfortunately he cancelled the agreed start day the evening before and said something had come up, after several attempts to contact Lee I have given up several days later. His price was Fair and he was mannerly and polite when calling to the property. I hope his communication skills improve to customers.

Maurizio gave us a very good deal on stripping the wallpaper and then painting our bedroom. He is a very hard worker - he arrived early in the morning and then just cracked on with it, finishing in the time he promised. He's also a nice, friendly bloke. We would definitely use him again.

A while since the works have been done, which is the best time to give feedback. I got Fitor to do an overhaul of the 2nd bedroom after this main bedroom. Because I obviously was content with the quality of his work. Where there were snags, he rectified them without complaint. Biggest compliment is that Fitor is amiable and you can comfortably talk to him as a non-builder with him and he is sympathetic to your concerns (other builders tend to be very quick to try an add to the cost or dismiss your complaint).

I’m a bit late adding this review but Vasile just reminded me. We are really happy with the home that Vasile built for us. It’s a Victorian terrace over 3 floors that needed a full renovation including electrical re-wiring, new plumbing etc plus a gf side and rear extension plus a loft conversion. Vasile and his team worked really hard to get us the finish we wanted. He always was on-hand to solve problems from building control to water pressure. He was always very friendly to work with and extremely respectful. We always got the impression that he wants to make his customers happy and takes pride in his work. Because of Covid and issues with materials and the labour market, our job took longer than expected but I think this was really outside of anyone’s control. We now have a really beautiful house that we love living in and it’s in no small part thanks to Vasile. I have recommended Vasile to friends already and have shown some of his potential customers round our house. They were always really impressed and inspired.

Vasile Pavel and his team were brilliant so helpful efficient with great advice of what would look good for a best price. He did a house clearance for me a new bathroom and new kitchen as well S decorating and some electrical work. I highly recommend him.

One word to define this 'company' COWBOY builders. Numerous issues one after another. Had to get 2nd/3rd opinion on their work to make sure I wasn't being fobbed off. Conducted loads of research which meant left being uneasy especially as a large chunk of payment was made after only 1 day of work when in fact payment was due end of completion. 1- Underestimating material costs 2- Slabs off the walkway coming loose within 2 months of being put down 3- Ignoring attempts of rectifying the flawed job 4- walkway was meant to be clear of grass and strictly shingles but grass/weed still appearing. 5- Forgot to state ground levels would be raised then creating a lie saying I had been told 6- denying and ignoring the obvious Wouldn't trust the reviews being left here and definitely wouldn't use or recommend them to anyone. Have decided to give up on trying to get them to fix their shoddy job and find someone else to fix their mess Correction - you was aware & agreed with mat delivery

The most redicious tradesman I ever come across. a true delboy..gave a quote after inspecting the job himself..was £30 cheaper than any other quote and yet started to complain about the amount of time he spends on the job... secondly I gave him a list of items to item to buy from screwfix (4 items in total) screwfix insulated letter plate chrome (43303) £9.99 x2, polished chrome door numbers, Mortice porcelain door knob £19.99.. and a selected brush latter drought excluder for the back of the front door £5.79 This so called professional (who has so called 25 years experience) ignores my list of 4 items and decided to use my old door knob (numbers where out of stock, so he says), and uses a drought excluder for both the front and back of the front door.. common sense will tell you all you have to do is look at all the houses on the street and you will see no one and I mean no one uses a drought excluder on the front side of the door ( I really wish I could show you the pictures). he came today to so called finish the work and left the paint running ( you see streaks of paint running on the framework) and then disappeared. We asked him to come back and correct his mistakes. he stated that he is not going to correct anything and that he is not a slave. whatttt!! I'm a black guy.. what this idiot know anything about slavery.. all I ask is that you fix your error... his reply is and I quote... I file lean on the property... I've paid £450 of the £550 so far .. see you in court...

Plastering/silicone rendering outside walls of shed and front extension of house. Job was initially done by a cowboy builder, poorly finished looking terribly bad. These guys rendered it to a very high standard. They completed the job in two days, started in the morning, and worked until it was dark. I have nothing but praises for their professionalism, and work ethics. Their attention to detail was magnificent. Very polite and cleared all rubbish from site. The finish was excellent. I would highly recommend these guys and will definitely rehire them next time. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER

Theofanis is very professional and did an excellent job!! After my initial enquiry, he was quick to respond and give a fairly priced quote. It was important for me to have a skilled painter so everything would come out perfect and I can safely say Theofanis is exactly that. He was on time, friendly and finished the job sooner than I had expected! After completing the works, he made sure that I was absolutely happy with his work and that the area was left spotless.
