I'm a small company based in Bognor and if I'm honest I haven't used Mybuilder for a long time as I haven't needed too due to lots of work coming from word of mouth. We carry out all areas of renovation but the main enquiries tend to be rendering, plastering and decorating. This will help me see if it’s still suitable to use and how much extra we may need. Rather than working on a day rate, I usually provide a price for the full job. This way you’ll know the exact cost before we start, with no surprises. Once I’ve confirmed the paint situation and had a quick look at the areas to be decorated (front room, hall, stairs and landing), I can give you a clear fixed price and timescale.
