Job: reinstall 1 blinds, and install 1 door handle, £100. Great if you’re looking to install venetian blinds onto a brick wall. Hoovered the dust directly whilst drilling which was appreciated! However, they did not have the tools needed to install the door handle/mortice lock, which was discussed before the appointment so I can only assume you were unprepared. They did not fulfil this task. I thought you were being polite by putting the old door handle back on as you failed to install the new one. I could have done that easily myself, for free, I only removed it to prepare for the job. Was not expecting to pay the £100 quoted just to put the old handle back on instead of a mortice lock handle. I’ve booked a locksmith and will have to pay more to complete a job I have essentially paid for already... In future, if you have not completed a task I would not charge the customer the full amount quoted, respectfully. You were polite despite this and clean, and as for the blinds the job done was satisfactory, well done! I also appreciate that you took a trip to screw fix to find a handle easier to install, even though you came back empty handed. A for effort. I’m not greatly concerned over the money, but thought it overall was unfair and a waste of time. I only paid as I felt sympathetic 2 tradesmen spent 3 hours installing 1 set of blinds, taking an unsuccessful trip to screw fix and fiddling around with a door handle. Thank you for installing the blinds though!

Marco has been amazing. Arrived right on time, he knew what he was doing, had all the right tools and the experience from many year in the job. We breezed through all steps to assemble the Keter shed seamlessly, he saved the day more than a couple of times with smart ideas. Ovidiu did a really great and professional job for us, just amazing, we build new offices and Ovidiu went out of his way to make sure the job is 100% perfect, he is very reliable and will not try to cut corners, he worked a few days even over time just to make sure that the work is finished, also he is very easy going and communication is great, I would recommend him for anyone who is looking to renovate any interior building work!!!

I was hesitating about leavening feedback for a long time, but in the end decided to do it. I hired Anton for the job and when he came round I unfortunately was very unwell running high fever, so wasn’t entirely with it. Anton didn’t fix the tap but simply found another way I could run water in the bath (which was already there). He charged me £400 for simply showing me how to open another tap. If I were well, there’s no way I would have paid him so much money. Another plumber came round since and fixed the problem for £180. All I can say I’ve felt de-frauded.

I've used Facundo's team to install a new shower, including wall and floor tiling, massage jets, and concealed shower equipment. Facundo was the person we dealt with at all times, although someone else was assigned to do the job. The quality of the work and finish is extremely good. I was also impressed with Facundo's professional attitude at all times, being very polite and respectful, as well as proactive in addressing any potential issues affecting our planning and execution. Highly recommended.
