Paul charged me for 2 workers for 2 days. Only 1 worker turned up and finished the job in 1 day. Paul worked for only an hour or even less. That worker absolutely refused to do what work to be done was discussed with Paul. I had to do part of the job myself. Even though Paul had agreed to do the job, he came late evening just to inspect the work done and helped for only 1 hour. Though he kept calling his worker whole day, he never spoke to me even though I kept requesting loudly in the background. Basically, the worker applied paint on mildew which had not been removed yet. The worker did not wait for mould-removal solution to dry before applying the paint and this resulted in bubbles forming under the layer of paint. We still paid Paul full. Paul requested for a positive feedback but that would be unethical.

Costa built up a wall in my garden that was not level. He was very helpful from start to finish. Provided a very reasonable quote and went beyond what was included to help me with some mistakes I had made in materials ordered etc. The job itself was perfect, Costa is a perfectionist and the quality of work was brilliant. He also cleaned the area afterward and left no mess. I'm very happy and would definitely recommend Costa, and use him again for any jobs I may need.

As per the previous reviewer I don't usually hire tradesmen when there is only limited feedback, but given the glowing report I took the risk. And it proved to be a great decision. Astrit was great - clear communication, arrived when he said he would, sought our opinions on the key decisions and gave some great advice, before ultimately doing a great job for a reasonable price. A pleasure to deal with and will hire again for any future tiling work. Thanks Astrit.

Fergus was first to call me back a few minutes after I posted my job. He was very friendly on the phone and, as I needed trim on a step putting back on within a few days, did his best to fit me in even though it meant coming to do the job at 7am one day. He fixed the step, put up a shelf and painted a feature wall for me very speedily and tidily (and for a very reasonable price) was professional throughout and I have already asked him to provide a quote to fill and reprint my external window sills and clear a particularly feral plant from my garden. I would recommend him to anyone. He even had a quick look in my attic as the ladder does not work anymore!

Job(s) - Painting bathroom/Kitchen work - Clapham Adel came round for the free quote and offered so many good suggestions and even made recommendations based on top of what we wanted, that would technically or visual look better - they were good ideas. His expertise and experience were very useful in any of the jobs we wanted doing. The Job itself was completed in only a few days and to a high standard, Adel was always there to communicate and his flexibility to get the work done round our timescales was great. He appreciated we had a family and would be living the house during the works and the house was left tidy at the end of each. If work was quoted and turned out not to be needed, it was simply not charged for and removed from the final payment. Thanks to Adel and his team. Would i hire again - Yes

It was a pleasure working with Petrit and team and I can’t recommend them enough. They did an amazing job painting the entire house and were extremely professional throughout. Besides painting, we had a lot of other small jobs that needed to be done. Petrit was very accommodating for all of them and carried them out with a smile, including some very odd ones that we threw at him :) Petrit is a rare individual to find in this industry and we were very luckily to work with him. Already have a few other projects lined up for him over the coming months.

We had hired Rosen to paint a newly plastered top floor of a 3 bedroom victorian property in Earlsfield. He carried out the project in a safe and professional manner to the highest spec, well within the time frame we had agreed on and met all requirements of a very particular customer. I was impressed with his innovative approach to painting, he uses a Dust Free sanding system to sand down entire rooms without any dust and inconvenience for both tenants and traders. He researches and tries to use eco friendly painting products and chooses cycling and public transport over a van to reduce his footprint on the environment. Overall he is a top painter we have used for over five years and will continue to hire in the future.

TLC have completed the first phase of the project which has involved a complete renovation and upgrade of the kitchen, bathroom, and rear garden area. A new contemporary staircase has also been fitted. The work has been completed well ahead of schedule, and this is testament to the planning and coordination skills provided by TLC. All of the work has been completed to a very high standard, and a great deal of care has been taken to ensure the minimum disruption to the local residents. We are extremely grateful for the advice and support provided to us leading up to the restoration work and whilst the restoration was underway, and we are absolutely delighted with the final results. Our house has been transformed into a contemporary family home. Many thanks to Bradley, Paul, and the rest of the team at TLC.
