Salih is truly exceptional. He has a rare mix of care, attention to detail, passion for what he does, great value for money, broad skills across lots of disciplines (with expert quality) and insanely hardworking. His finish on everything was flawless. We have an 1830s cottage and Salih delicately restored it to its former glory. He prepared the house top to bottom; replastered every wall and ceiling (including with rimless ceiling lights); fitted 3 doorframes and reclaimed doors; and painted almost every room beautifully. He consistently pointed out ways we could improve the finish - he cared about his work and our home. Salih communicated clearly and consistently throughout, which meant we made really quick progress, and could address issues as they came up. He was happy to take calls around work too. I will recommend Salih to anyone who will listen.

Greg was amazing from the start to the end. He was able to come around and provide a comprehensive quote for an insurance claim due to a damaged water leak. Separately but at the same time I also requested the apartment be repainted. Both jobs were completed at the same time and to an exceptionally high standard. Greg was very easy to work with and was able to leave the keys with him whilst he got on and completed the job. Very happy with the work and highly recommended and will use him again soon. Mihaly of Prismabathrooms was fantastic. He wanted to come at 8am everyday but we asked him to start a bit later which he did and was always on time. Before starting any job he asked us how we wanted things to be done and would suggest things if we were not too sure. Also he was happy to change things if we were not happy with something. Every evening he cleared away and cleaned up. When he had finished the job he took away all the old stuff like the bath,etc. The finished bathroom looks great and we are very happy with the result and will definitely use Prismabathrooms again.

TLC have completed the first phase of the project which has involved a complete renovation and upgrade of the kitchen, bathroom, and rear garden area. A new contemporary staircase has also been fitted. The work has been completed well ahead of schedule, and this is testament to the planning and coordination skills provided by TLC. All of the work has been completed to a very high standard, and a great deal of care has been taken to ensure the minimum disruption to the local residents. We are extremely grateful for the advice and support provided to us leading up to the restoration work and whilst the restoration was underway, and we are absolutely delighted with the final results. Our house has been transformed into a contemporary family home. Many thanks to Bradley, Paul, and the rest of the team at TLC.

Hocay did excellent work for us. Despite having no prior feedback, I invited him to have a look at the job and was impressed. He was clear about what needed to be done, in what order, and what tools/materials he would need. This ensured that the job was finished on schedule and on budget. Our newly-plastered bedroom has been painted and panelled, and the skirting has been painted and installed, all with expert precision. My house is over 100 years old, so nothing lines up properly. Hocay consulted us on a number of ways to work around this, and ensured that the job was done to such a high standard even though the room wasn't perfect. He did not - as others have - complain that the job was hard. It's clear that he has top notch technical skills. More importantly, Hocay is easy to work with. He was always punctual, diligent, and communicative. English is not his first language, but he asked the right questions to make sure we were on the same page. It's also worth mentioning that after painting and decorating at my house, he went off to a night job, and returned promptly and full of energy the next morning. I can't commend his work ethic more highly. All in all, Hocay is one of the best contractors I've worked with, in terms of quality, personality, and price. He will be the first person I call when I need more painting and decorating done and I would thoroughly recommend him.
