Extremely Disappinted with Planetium Construction- I hired Planetium for a 59k renovation job. Initially, the workmanship was acceptable only because I supervised closely and had them redo substandard work multiple times. However, before the job has been complete, I discovered already a roof leak in the master bedroom, direcly under the newly renovated bathroom. Despite my repeated requests, Planetium refused to take responsiblity or fix the issue. Just telling me need additional charges for the work. Worst still, Adrian the owner, demanded I pay the final balance of 1840 before they would address the GF heating which stopped working after they installed the new controller. When I reasonably refused to pay before they complete the job , Adrian swore at me over the phone the most offensive language. Furthermore, they promised to replace a new Miele microwave for the one they damaged during installation but now just walked away. Leaving me unresolved issues and additional repair cost!

Don & Ann Marie were an absolute joy to work with from start to finish. They went the extra mile at every turn with exceptionally high standards across all their work. They made thoughtful, creative suggestions to help improve our ideas and always listened with patience to our needs, before making sure we got exactly what we asked for. Their contacts of other supporting trades people to bring in on the job were also second-to-none, with efficient, trustworthy and highly professional jobs done all round. Such a big project had the potential to be stressful, but they genuinely made it an easy process. Even when the inevitable unexpected issues cropped up, there were fast solutions to make sure we didn’t fall too far behind. I now find myself casting an eye around my house to see what else I can get them to come round and sort out! Would highly recommend! Hugely grateful to mybuilder.com for having found them.

Excellent work, can't recommend highly enough. AMR offers great value and service — turned up on time, got the work done without any problem, found another issue with my flue and was able to fix that for a good price too. More than willing and able to explain issues and investigate something that had gone through other tradespeople (a boiler engineer and gas emergency personnel) to diagnose what went wrong and reassure us we wouldn't run into other issues. Thank you!

Alby was a pleasure from start to finish! We managed to time it so he could do the whole job while we were away, we just left him with the keys and he took care of everything! We arrived home the day he finished and it was on time and on budget and we are SO happy with the result - finished to a really high standard. He kept us updated with progress and gave us options to choose between for some of the fixtures and we're just so glad we went with Alby even though we met other suppliers with more ratings on My Builder! Would highly recommend :)

Radovan completed my 1 bedroom flat just as expected and to the highest quality. Prior to the job he was clear with the requirements and the cost, making it clear what materials he was buying. He early and on time ready to begin the job. As the days progressed we worked quickly to complete the job. As I popped in every day, I saw the work was being done at an excellent quality. After the job he ensures all the surfaces and floors were clean before leaving. A great pleasure to work with and I am sure I will be in touch again if any more work will be required.
