From the onset very prompt at providing a free quote and identifying the potential problem, which other plumbers were unable to do. After a little hiccup with scheduling which Audrey and the team rectified, they turned up promptly and completed the job in the time promised with the quote promised. The work itself is very good and they were very tidy cleaning up everything before they left. And overall very mindful of the social distancing and wearing the right protection with the current pandemic situation. Would be happy to reach out to Aspray again for any work needed.

Artur did a great job fixing the ceiling which had been damaged by water. He quickly established where the leak was coming from and fixed this as well as the ceiling to a high standard

The loft insulation in my detached property was old and poorly laid. I also had a lot of rubbish in the loft which needed removing. Jon was very professional through out the process. He gave me a competitive quote, did a video call to see the job (because of the distance) and agreed to remove old insulation and rubbish, vacuum the whole loft and replace with high quality 300mm insulation. All the workers were really polite and courteous and did a really good quality job. Would strongly recommend Jon and team.

Gentjan was contracted to carry out the re-grouting of bathroom tiles, the decorating of a bathroom and kitchen, installation of a bath panel and touching up of woodwork. All the work was completed satisfactorily and the quality of Gentjan’s work exceeded my expectations. It is rare to find someone as professional and pleasant to work with. Very pleased with our choice. We initially got four quotes from different builders, most of them were terrible at communicating apart from Alfred. He was very easy to work with, responsive and very careful with our brand new house. His team was hard working, tidy and fast. They completely renovated our garden from removal of old decking and gravel to setting up new fences, levelling and turfing the ground. They also removed our old kitchen, partition wall and carpet, as well as did jobs like plastering, building a wall and set up lights and shelves. We’ll surely have him back soon to work on other jobs.
