We bought a Victorian terraced house that was in complete need of refurbishment. Nearly everything had to be gutted and rebuilt/replaced. It was a job which took just over a month. During the course of the build we changed our mind on a number of things and some structural issues came to light. It was only our second home and we are a young couple who hadn't done work before on a property. We got several quotes and felt most comfortable with Beka and Gocha. From the very start, Beka and Gocha could not have done more. They gave us lots of their time before the project started and gave helpful advice. Once they started, they had 5 - 6 people on site 6 days per week, including some Bank Holidays. They kept in constant touch with updates and answered all of our questions. As problems arose, they gave us honest, professional advice and helped us find commercial, sensible solutions. We changed our mind on a few plans during the project and they were hugely flexible & patient The quality of their work was superb, they are utterly meticulous and went above and beyond and we were delighted with the results. They replaced our bathroom, strengthened the joices, replaced all the light fittings and switches, rebuit a staircase, Bannisters and ceiling, decorated the whole property, built cabinets and built in wardrobes for us and restored exterior wood and windows. I have recommended them to quite a few of my friends and will do so again in the future.

Hugo did an excellent job, wallpaper and painting my living room, painting kitchen, hallway, stair banister and landing. Also he did extra work putting in two sliding doors, fixing kitchen cupboard door and painting and tiling my toilet room. I also gave him another job to construct my metal garden shed. Hugo was very attentive to his work and punctual. He is a friendly person and would recommend him to people i know.

Angel gave some very good advice and did a great job. He also went the extra mile about something I wanted checked. He worked out the works schedule to allow minimum disruption to the people living in the house. I am glad I found him. He is professional and friendly, and I will definitely use his services again. We had hired Rosen to paint a newly plastered top floor of a 3 bedroom victorian property in Earlsfield. He carried out the project in a safe and professional manner to the highest spec, well within the time frame we had agreed on and met all requirements of a very particular customer. I was impressed with his innovative approach to painting, he uses a Dust Free sanding system to sand down entire rooms without any dust and inconvenience for both tenants and traders. He researches and tries to use eco friendly painting products and chooses cycling and public transport over a van to reduce his footprint on the environment. Overall he is a top painter we have used for over five years and will continue to hire in the future.

Our new house required a complete renovation, a very big project. We invited 6 or 7 tradesmen sourced from MyBuilder to give their estimates for the works and also to gage their professionalism, experience and reliability. Vasile really stood out because he is straight talking with a no-nonsense approach and the breadth of his experience really comes across. It can be daunting selecting a tradesman to undertake any job in your house, especially one of our magnitude but we're so pleased we chose Vasile and his team! The job included stripping wallpaper from almost every room in the house and making the walls good for painting, skimming and painting artex ceilings, two bathroom refits, one cloakroom refit, laying real wood flooring and porcelain tiles and fitting new internal doors in every room of the house. Vasile is a perfectionist and was eager to ensure that all work was completed to a high and professional standard. Vasile kept us informed of their progress throughout the project and also gave good advice when unexpected issues arose. He is trustworthy and reliable, works very hard to get the job done and always answered our very many calls and messages! He was very easy to work with, and we can't recommend him enough!
