I would like to take a moment to express my appreciation for the outstanding renovation work completed on our flat by Mahdi. The efforts put forth in decorating our living space, replacing the flooring, and installing new spotlights in the livingroom have truly transformed our home into a beautiful environment. Mahdi's level of professionalism, attention to detail, and hard work exhibited throughout the project were exceptional. He proved to be not only skilled but also neat and meticulous. His dedication to providing excellent service was evident in every aspect of his work. Communication with Mahdi was easy. He was approachable and open to discussion, readily offering suggestions and guidance. His assistance in sourcing materials and ensuring accurate measurements for appliances was immensely helpful, making the entire process smoother and more efficient. Eugenijus did a 10 day job repainting my entire 2 bed maisonette and did a brilliant job all around. He made sure the finish was really great on all walls, doors and ceilings, he fixed up significant cracks, and the whole flat looks like a completely new place. He worked late to get things done, offered solutions for things I hadn't thought about (like fixing up tubing to contain the wires running from my ceiling heating panels so it would look neater, and suggesting a storage solution in one of the bedrooms) and was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him and hope to have him back for other work on the flat that needs doing. Hugh

I’ve waited a week before giving feedback just in case I overreacted. NO I HAVEN'T OVERREACTED. The job was discussed beforehand with Amishadai, & whilst I said ‘it wasn’t the Ritz’, I told him that ‘ALL’ ceilings & walls should be double coated with emulsion, a coat of Undercoat & Top coat on doors & skirtings & NO painting the UPVC window frames. A price was agreed. Disappointed with the work is putting it mildly. Amishadai & colleague completed the work in two & a half days (you can't do that job properly in less than 4 days – All paint has to dry, particularly Oil based paints). There is paint over the: Window frames, Natural Wood curtain rail brackets were painted (Why?), Hall light ceiling rose, 13 amp Plugs, Light Switches, Electric Meter Box & Door handles (did they even bother ‘cutting in’ with a BRUSH?). Half the skirting doesn't appear to have been painted in either an undercoat or top coat (just splodged in emulsion from the roller), I don’t even think some of the doors were undercoated first either. Amishadai appears to have watered down the ‘WHITE’ emulsion paint (To my knowledge you only water down emulsion if you are painting directly over new plaster), & one of the rooms looks like it didn’t even get the 2nd coat of emulsion. This company certainly didn't provide me with what I have paid them for. In conclusion, I would advise anyone on here to avoid this company. No, I haven’t overreacted, I have the photos to prove it.

We employed A.V Structures for the building of an external wall around our property, the removal of a garage and the installation of railings and gates. Throughout the 4 week programme we could not have been happier with their work. Arrival was prompt, their pace of work displayed energy and purpose. They were mindful of us and our neighbours and made sure the area was left clean and tidy at the end of each days work.in addition the workmen were courteous and kept us fully informed. Alex, the owner of the company, kept in close contact with us to assure himself of our satisfaction. He came on site at intervals to check that all was going according to plan. We therefore felt completely confident that quality and outcomes were important to him. Employing A.V Structures was a decision we were pleased to have made. We would use them again without hesitation and recommend them highly to anyone considering similar work.

Absolutely brilliant. I had a load of holes that needed filling and some trunking removed from walls in various rooms. Billy and L communicated really well; kept me informed before the work, and throughout the day. Work completed to a really high standard and both guys were nice and professional throughout. I've included pictures - but it's just beautiful white painted walls, so.. nothing to see, which is exactly what I wanted. Perfect!
