Hi, I have been working in my spare time doing my own building/ maintenance projects for the last 19 years now, whilst being the Headteacher at a school in North London. In 2004, I ended 17 years as a self employed,General builder, to retrain and work in education with Nursery children. That led me on into my Headteachers role. Now after 19 years I am returning to General building, I enjoy hard work, seeing peoples homes enhanced, watching peoples ideas become real for them. Working with people is a strong point for me, maintaining good working relationships with them is so important. I understand safeguarding and that a persons home and family environment is the world to them. I know it’s been said but “your satisfaction is my priority” Thanks for reading, Paul

Lukasz was hired to paint my kitchen walls and ceiling and to tile my bathroom floor. He completed the job to a very high standard. I am very pleased with the finished job. Lukasz was also able to fix a leak I had on my bath mixer tap as well as to repair a problem with my toilet that I was not aware of. The original bathroom fitters had incorrectly fitted the toilet, this was spotted by Lukasz as he was tiling the bathroom floor (he removed the toilet in order to tile under it). Lukasz kindly bought the correct sized pipe work and fittings for the toilet and only charged me for the cost of the parts. I am keeping Lukasz's number as I have more jobs I will be hiring him for. I found Lukasz to be very polite, honest, reliable and hard working (He turned up on time every day for the job!) what more can you ask for. I thoroughly recommend Lukasz and will be using him again in the near future. Once you find a good tradesman they are like gold dust.

Chris and his workmate (also called Chris) are hardworking and efficient, and they give good advice in addition to doing a competent and neat job. Our kitchen looks great thanks to their splendid tiling work (with glass tiles, which look lovely but are not the easiest of tiles to fix). Their rates are very reasonable too. My wife and I are both very satisfied with their work, and we will definitely be using them again.

Booked them for a very hard and complex fix and re-plaster job of a TV Wall Unit that had a lot of complications in the structure & incorrectly installed plasterboard. Amin and his team did an absolutely phenomenal job fixing and re-plastering the TV Wall Unit to a very very very very good standard. They came on time everyday, walked us through everything we need to know, were extremely professional throughout the entire process and even gave very helpful tips and tricks for painting and decorating. (Even left us one of the tools we needed) 10/10 Service. Very clear they care a lot about producing the best work. Couldn’t recommend higher.

I have had a very positive experience with Andrew and his colleague Gabor. Overall the job has been really well done. What I liked the most when dealing with Andrew & Gabor: - when they find bad surprise (for instance after removing the bathroom floor they found 3 rotten joist) they were able to provide an appropriate course of action to fix the issue, not just hide it so it reappeared later - they detailed a lot what they planned to do so you can understand the changes in pricing when something unexpected happen (as it changes the list of things to do). - they are very polite, considered of the rest of our home and clean workers. - they are very versatile (they did everything from replacing rotten joist, plasterboard, plaster, tiling, plumber & electricity work. - when I found minor issue after the end of the work (a leak with a heater) they came back to fix it. - they have a good attention to details for the finish I would recommend Andrew & Gabor to anyone.

Job was for stairwell only, since bathroom had to be excluded. Requirements were ceiling, walls, bedroom doors and surrounds, skirting and banisters. Ceiling/walls: excellent work, now looks brighter and fresher than it's looked in years; Doors/surrounds/skirting: same comments - all look like new; banisters: great work on the banister/balustrade combinatiion - nice refresh; perhaps a bit more prep on the left banister would have made this part perfect, but looks good anyway. Overall 90% thanks, and will still ask George back to do living room next year!
