This builder provided a quote after visiting the site but when it came to doing the work he would ask for more. He was extremely difficult to understand as he cannot speak basic english. To renegotiate his cost her partner or daughter would translate his demands. I suggest anyone trying to employ this guy think again. I wouldn't touch him with a barge pole.
