Radiator installation, swap and relocation. Tap replacement, tap installation. Sanitaryware installation and repair inc. showers, baths, toilets, basins etc. Leak tracing and resolution. Central heating. Hot & Cold water. 1st / 2nd fix. Fully insured and DBS checked. I will not quote without visually inspecting the job first, if you are not happy for me to do so, please do not shortlist me.
Been having a nightmare with boiler dropping and not being able to identify the location of the leak. short listed Michael this morning, called within the hour and by lunchtime he was at mine. Went down in the crawl space and located the leak right away. Quick fix for an issue that was driving me insane for months. Punctual, reliable and can hold a great conversation too. Mike responded quickly to our My Builder posting and provided us with a competitive quote. Work was scheduled quickly and good communication provided from the outset. Jobs were to fell a very tall dead tree in our garden and to paint the exterior walls of our detached rendered house. We are very pleased with the work completed and attention to detail was perfect. Have been in to property maintenance for the past 9 years and roofing for 20 years. Everything from the floor in your home to putting a new roof on your property
C A Roofing came out to assess the work required on a leaking roof causing internal flooding (post Storm Ciaran Oct 2023) and was able to give an initial indication of what repairs were needed. Chris proved correct in his assessment and his subsequent quote comparable to others obtained. He was employed and proved to be diligent and knowledgeable. Thus his roofing skills were used for further flashing repairs and repointing of two chimneys. All done to a satisfactory standard. We are a construction company that can manage all types of projects from groundworks right up to the roof and all the little things along the way from new build, renovation, painting, electrical, plumbing, plastering, rendering, roofing, carpentry and maintenance. I started life out as a bricklayer leaning all my skills on the tools on many sites which gained me a city and guilds level 3. I then went on to be a site manger for a large company which in turn taught me how to manage large scalejobs
Empire Construction made a very good job of the refurbishment, the workmanship was of a good standard and Nick worked very tidily with a minimum of mess. The work under Nicks control was done in good time and his price was reasonable. Some of his sub contractors found it difficult to give enough blocks of time to the job with a few days here and there, and this did slow Nick down at times, although their work was of a good standard.
