We're extremely happy with Oliver's service, he painted a bedroom in our flat, filled up some plastering incl. some sanding and painted the wood works and it now looks fabulous, literally like a newly renovated room! Very easy communication, quick responses and great consultation in terms of colour, material etc. beforehand. We regret we didn't do it any sooner. We highly recommend Oliver!

After one initial setback on start day the job went very well. Julian did an excellent paint job after vastly improving the look of some pretty old stairs by filling, caulking and sanding them first. He was efficient and pleasant to have around and worked quickly with little mess. I would definitely hire him again for further painting work.

Chris did an excellent job with re-tiling our bathroom. He was very clear in his estimate of the work required and very reasonable in his price. He arrived on time, and finished when he told us he would. Throughout, he was very clear in what work was being undertaken, how they were progressing, and answered any questions we had. The job was completed to an extremely high-standard - perfectly level tiling, and all the grouting, toilet re-installation were done without fault. I couldn't recommend him highly enough, if you're after a genuinely honest, skilled tiler and bathroom fitter.

A fair job for a fair price. Pros: Excellent work in some areas (removing sagging lining paper where subsidence had historically occurred and making the walls good). Sandro is very personable and easy to deal with. The itemised quote for the work was professional and his team was hardworking. The work was keenly priced, and Trio were very patient dealing with delays in payment due to insurance. Cons: Some quality issues partially arising from communication (no-one on site was fluent in English), and sometimes where corners were cut (e.g. not preparing woodwork properly before painting). Some issues with mess as well. This was mostly remedied in snagging, but was entirely avoidable.
