Fantastic job on installing an outside lead / plug for my hot tub. Mirko was good at responded to communication promptly. He came around to inspect the work to be carried out, explained in detail and quoted a good price. His work was very tidy and extremely neat. Lovely person. Would definitely be using him again. Hocay did excellent work for us. Despite having no prior feedback, I invited him to have a look at the job and was impressed. He was clear about what needed to be done, in what order, and what tools/materials he would need. This ensured that the job was finished on schedule and on budget. Our newly-plastered bedroom has been painted and panelled, and the skirting has been painted and installed, all with expert precision. My house is over 100 years old, so nothing lines up properly. Hocay consulted us on a number of ways to work around this, and ensured that the job was done to such a high standard even though the room wasn't perfect. He did not - as others have - complain that the job was hard. It's clear that he has top notch technical skills. More importantly, Hocay is easy to work with. He was always punctual, diligent, and communicative. English is not his first language, but he asked the right questions to make sure we were on the same page. It's also worth mentioning that after painting and decorating at my house, he went off to a night job, and returned promptly and full of energy the next morning. I can't commend his work ethic more highly. All in all, Hocay is one of the best contractors I've worked with, in terms of quality, personality, and price. He will be the first person I call when I need more painting and decorating done and I would thoroughly recommend him.

Our new house required a complete renovation, a very big project. We invited 6 or 7 tradesmen sourced from MyBuilder to give their estimates for the works and also to gage their professionalism, experience and reliability. Vasile really stood out because he is straight talking with a no-nonsense approach and the breadth of his experience really comes across. It can be daunting selecting a tradesman to undertake any job in your house, especially one of our magnitude but we're so pleased we chose Vasile and his team! The job included stripping wallpaper from almost every room in the house and making the walls good for painting, skimming and painting artex ceilings, two bathroom refits, one cloakroom refit, laying real wood flooring and porcelain tiles and fitting new internal doors in every room of the house. Vasile is a perfectionist and was eager to ensure that all work was completed to a high and professional standard. Vasile kept us informed of their progress throughout the project and also gave good advice when unexpected issues arose. He is trustworthy and reliable, works very hard to get the job done and always answered our very many calls and messages! He was very easy to work with, and we can't recommend him enough!
