Absolutely outstanding work. Excellent communication — right after I posted the job, Krzysztof called to arrange a visit to assess the situation and discuss what needed to be done. We then went through three different options regarding the scope of work, and I received three clear quotes. After choosing the preferred option, he helped me select the right shower mixer, and once the parts were delivered, we started the job. Always punctual, and everything was clearly explained step by step — what would be done, why, and how it all works. Krzysztof also has an impressive set of tools and great problem-solving skills, ensuring the work is done properly and professionally even when unexpected issues come up. He’s skilled not only in plumbing but also in finishing and detail work. An excellent tradesman — highly recommended.

Drew and his team were extremely professional and all the finishings were to a very high standard. As with every project (particularly refurbs) there were a few unexpected additional costs, but Drew was always very upfront about what the situation was and helpful in explaining the different options/tradeoffs/costs for solving the issue. There were a few snags at the end which Drew and team came back to fix free of charge. Overall extremely happy with the service.
