Excellent work, can't recommend highly enough. AMR offers great value and service — turned up on time, got the work done without any problem, found another issue with my flue and was able to fix that for a good price too. More than willing and able to explain issues and investigate something that had gone through other tradespeople (a boiler engineer and gas emergency personnel) to diagnose what went wrong and reassure us we wouldn't run into other issues. I highly recommend this company of Felix and his colleagues. They did a very professional job of painting my dark stained wooden stairs. Painted the stringers, risers and fascia up the stairs and on the 1st floor gallery. It has been updated to white satin, and we left the treads in dark mahogany. They work quickly, very efficient in carrying out the task, with no fuss. All surfaces that could be affected by paint splashes were protected with quality splash sheets and masking tape. At the end of the day they tidied everything away neatly. When they completed the job they left the hall and stairs pristine. Good job done, Felix, thank you!

A while since the works have been done, which is the best time to give feedback. I got Fitor to do an overhaul of the 2nd bedroom after this main bedroom. Because I obviously was content with the quality of his work. Where there were snags, he rectified them without complaint. Biggest compliment is that Fitor is amiable and you can comfortably talk to him as a non-builder with him and he is sympathetic to your concerns (other builders tend to be very quick to try an add to the cost or dismiss your complaint).

Singh did the job well. He painted the wardrobe well and even went over it again with another coat to ensure I was satisfied with the job. He did everything I asked him to do well, including painting, repairing the outside step by laying new slabs and reparing some holes left by recent plumbing work, I had done in the kitchen. He was very polite and tidied up afterwards. His pricing is very reasonable.

We have had quite a bit of work on our property in the last few years and the final project was to be our bathroom with the focus around a beautiful copper bath which has been sitting in the spare room waiting to be installed for nearly a year. We needed a company that could deliver a very high standard of work at a competitive price. Top building were not only very fair and competitive but wonderfully detailed in their approach both in quoting and their workmanship which is second to none. Vladimir and team understood the project from day one – made a few trips before hand which built the relationship and made myself and my husband very comfortable with our decision to instruct Top Building. What I enjoyed most is that Vladimir made great suggestions and offered money saving advice. Nothing was too much trouble and I really felt the team got behind the project. The knowledge and expertise is of an exceptional level. We had a few odd jobs that needed to be done which the team (Evo and Dimitri) welcomed and efficiently completed. I very much appreciate the patience and flexibility shown by the team and Vladimir’s brilliant way of keeping us informed every step of the way. Bathroom was totally refurbished including new Walls, plastering, electrics, tiling and new boiler. It really has been a pleasure working with the team – I will most certainly be recommending them.
