Tomas is a very professional knowledgeable and expericed builder. Though we got around 5 quotes his quote came as 2nd highest , We we're very pleased they way he explained thoroughly assess the job and was happy to give advice on various different options, where we safe lot of uncessary expenses He & his team finish the work as per the time provided . We don't have any hesitation recommending Tomas & his team .

Job(s) - Painting bathroom/Kitchen work - Clapham Adel came round for the free quote and offered so many good suggestions and even made recommendations based on top of what we wanted, that would technically or visual look better - they were good ideas. His expertise and experience were very useful in any of the jobs we wanted doing. The Job itself was completed in only a few days and to a high standard, Adel was always there to communicate and his flexibility to get the work done round our timescales was great. He appreciated we had a family and would be living the house during the works and the house was left tidy at the end of each. If work was quoted and turned out not to be needed, it was simply not charged for and removed from the final payment. Thanks to Adel and his team. Would i hire again - Yes

I'm fairly new in the business as a trader but the last few months i've been busy as a builder. I've been on renovation jobs digging out and pouring a footings, plenty of demolitions, gardening maintainance and building sheds. I have great eye for detail and will not leave until the customer is happy. I'm based in Stoke Newington but happy to travel as I have a car and many tools.

My partner and I invited Ionas Property Developers to quote on a fairly extensive renovation and redecoration project on our home in August, 2016. Our budget was limited, as was our time schedule, but above all, we were looking for a candidate with whom we could have a collaborative working relationship, this being a project we had a huge personal investment in. We were impressed and struck with Greg’s professional and punctual presentation on our first meeting. Unlike a number of other contractors interviewed, what set Greg apart was his ability to listen and take on board our brief, which was highly design - driven. He was also open to discussing our budget limitations and from the outset inspired complete trust that he would be able to balance our expectations and our budget without compromising on the quality and finish we required. Based on this strong first impression, we hired him. Working around hugely disruptive delays from some other suppliers, Greg and his team delivered the work to a standard that far exceeded our expectations and managed to complete within a tight schedule, with only minor and justifiable adjustments to the initial budget. We were 100% thrilled with the results. I can without a shadow of doubt recommend Ionas. Behind the true craftsman with an obsessive eye for detail and finish, there is also a thoughtful, insightful and considerate family man. This will make him our first and only choice for any future projects. A true find.

Project 1 - Erection of a 9 meter x 6 meter fully insulated stand alone Garden Room including foundations, pitched roof and multiple french doors and windows, all electrics plus internal floor tiling and brick slips to one wall. Project 2 - Erection of a fully insulated garden office 5 meter x 5 meter including installation of a shower room, wooden flooring, installation of skylights and all electrics and drainage. Workmanship and professionalism was excellent.

Restoration & Refurbishment- 4 Feb 2021
Fabiol and his brother are not professional builders. I reversed everything they did. At the end, when I said I was not happy with the job suggested paying £100 less than agreed, they started yelling, insulting, and threatened to break my house with a hammer. Something as simple as sanding a wooden kitchen worktop was not right. They left it rough which needed resanding. The upstand they put was not the right size, colour, or shape, and rather than stick it on, they used nails which were big, visible, and not aligned along its length. They joined more than one piece together and it was very poor and visible. They put a new window frame but gaps where the window frame parts join at the corners were not filled. They didnt remove the blinds or ask me to remove them, so the paint on the window frame got smudged and the blinds are covered with paint. They were supposed to restore original floorboards which is heavily marked. They used a hand sander for this. Rather than say this is a job that they cannot do, they went ahead with it. The sanding they did with a hand sander did not remove any of the marks, but they still started varnishing it. I rented a floor sander the next day and did it myself and the floor doesn't have any marks on it now. They used door and window silicone and a multipurpose white filler to fill the gaps between the floorboards instead of a wood filler. They used interior varnish instead of floor varnish. They used screws instead of nails which cracked them.
