Chris did an excellent job with re-tiling our bathroom. He was very clear in his estimate of the work required and very reasonable in his price. He arrived on time, and finished when he told us he would. Throughout, he was very clear in what work was being undertaken, how they were progressing, and answered any questions we had. The job was completed to an extremely high-standard - perfectly level tiling, and all the grouting, toilet re-installation were done without fault. I couldn't recommend him highly enough, if you're after a genuinely honest, skilled tiler and bathroom fitter.

I highly recommend Sohail Faisal of Samz Construction Services Ltd. We chose Sohail's company to complete our Hip to Gable with Rear Dormer Loft Conversion in Guildford and we are delighted with the work. The job was completed to a high standard, within the expected timescale and on budget. Sohail's communication throughout is excellent, taking time to explain what work will be completed on which days, what is involved and how many people will be attending on which days to complete the work. Sohail also let me know exactly when deliveries of materials were arriving and when the skips would be collected etc. Sohail's team of builders are all very friendly, polite, and respectful and do a great job of cleaning up after themselves at the end of each day. In terms of price and payment schedule, this was fair and efficient. Sohail has a payment schedule that works really well - invoicing for staggered payments at certain points, i.e. on delivery of materials, then when the building inspector signs off the first job etc. this makes you feel at ease with the job and confident that everything is always on track. All around I am really happy with the project and have no doubts about recommending Sohail to family and friends - I have already asked Sohail to quote on my next project.

Nanad and his team have been wonderful from day one. We have had them with us a number of weeks doing all the jobs they quoted for and more, they are fast efficient and courteous of the fact we lived in for a lot of the work. Everything has been finished to a great standard and we are thrilled with our house which has been completely transformed. We have already recommended them to friends and will continue to do so and hopefully have them back in future. TLC have completed the first phase of the project which has involved a complete renovation and upgrade of the kitchen, bathroom, and rear garden area. A new contemporary staircase has also been fitted. The work has been completed well ahead of schedule, and this is testament to the planning and coordination skills provided by TLC. All of the work has been completed to a very high standard, and a great deal of care has been taken to ensure the minimum disruption to the local residents. We are extremely grateful for the advice and support provided to us leading up to the restoration work and whilst the restoration was underway, and we are absolutely delighted with the final results. Our house has been transformed into a contemporary family home. Many thanks to Bradley, Paul, and the rest of the team at TLC.

We are very happy with the painting and filling work that James did in our bedroom. Compared to other decorators we have had in the past, we could see that James knew his trade and possessed good techniques to give a professional finish to his work. We had some issues with wallpaper bubbling up and cracking but he was able to fill-in those areas, and then painted over them. He did an excellent job so we couldn't see those problem spots anymore. James was very polite and respected our wishes in terms of keeping our new carpet clean. We would definitely recommend him as we plan to use him again in the future.
