Property Fellas refurbished a 2 bedroom flat which included replacing the kitchen and painting throughout. Most of the work was carried out by Marios Katsiris, while his brother Agi Katsiris managed the business side. Property Fellas is a relatively new company, but Agi and Marios ran several other companies before. The work was carried out to a high standard and the project was completed within the agreed timescale of 3 weeks, and within budget. I found Property Partners pleasant to deal with. Agi was quick in responding to any questions and Marios completed the work to a high standard and was proactive in suggesting solutions to problems and minor changes during the works. Overall, I am very pleased with the result.

Marius is a delight to have worked for us. He is polite, tidy and very efficient and professional in his painting! He works late on weekends and was prepared to come back late in the evening to help move back our heavy sofa back in our dining/breakfast room once floor paint had dried. A very kind hearted gentleman who is willing to go that extra mile for you and he makes sure he is satisfied with his job before he leaves. He is easy to talk to and makes the time to talk to you when he's busy elsewhere. I would definitely be in touch with him for other painting tasks that arise in the future as no job is too big or too small for him to tackle! I would highly recommend him.
