Semi retired now but I've been renovating homes for the past 25 years. Currently building 2 homes for myself, with sufficient experience to handle everything except gas. I've been sharing my experience and handy-manning (Home Maintenance) in Devon and Cornwall for the past 2 years and enjoy really good relationships with existing customers. I'm happy to tackle all aspects of home maintenance inside and out (including re-pointing). Genuinely no job is too small. I do any of the jobs you don't want to do yourself. Putting up a shelf, fixing a leak, repairing a roof or building an extension. I'm happy to quote for jobs, but I'm happy do most work on an 'estimate' basis which generally means you pay less.
