PAINTING & DECORATION PRICE LIST – Labour Only Rooms: • Painting 1 room — £220–£260 • Painting 2 rooms — £400–£500 • Painting 3 rooms — £600–£720 • Painting small hallway — £150–£200 Decoration / Extra Works: • Wallpaper hanging — £10–£15 per m² • Wallpaper removal — £4–£6 per m² • Feature wall / decorative painting — £60–£150 per wall • Skimming / filling walls — £8–£12 per m² • Ceiling decoration / coving painting — £10–£18 per m² • Doors painting — £50–£70 per door • Skirting boards / trims — £5–£8 per linear metre What’s included • Preparation of walls / surfaces • Protection of floors and furniture • Painting (usually 2 coats) • Final clean-up ⚠️ Materials are not included — paint, primer, wallpaper, or brushes are charged separately. Final price depends on room size, wall condition, and complexity of decoration.
