Following some previous help from Mark on some internal DIY matters in my previous home, we got in touch with him to build some decking in the corner of our garden. He arrived on time, with all the necessary tools, worked within the constraints available and completed the job to specification a myself and my wife were both delighted with. I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

I’m an interior painter and decorator. I’m skilled in all forms of decorating including coving, wallpapering (recently completed a Dulux accredited advanced wallpapering course ) painting, repairing walls, etc. I do a lot of work for women that feel more comfortable having a woman in their home. I very much enjoy the challenge of a project, small or large. I’m very neat, tidy and professional. Please do note however that my current lead time is four months.

Tim did an excellent job. He stripped the ground floor bathroom and created a new shower room with wc and washbasin. He also fitted an en-suite Saniflow wc and basin to an upstairs bedroom. Tim discussed each stage of the job, paying attention to detail and planning to achieve a high standard throughout. I am more than pleased with Tim’s work and excellent craftsmanship together with his positive attitude and good humour. I would definitely recommend Tim to anyone looking for a quality job. Arrived promptly and explained the process and tried two options despite a crumbling wall. Pleased that the hooks are now installed. Offered support if there are any follow up issues. Hoped for the filling of two drill holes that weren't used, but I can fill them with filler later today. Tidied up afterwards too which is good to see.

Nile at Cadogan contracts was a pleasure to deal with. I have dealt with 20+ tradesmen in the past 5 years in many trades. Nile, and his painting team (esp Maurice), were the best I have ever encountered. From start to finish, they were highly professional and competent, and gave me a competitive quote. Nile's service included a PDF contract outlining clearly what was involved in the job. Maurice, who did the painting, came early in the morning and even on the weekend to finish the job to a tight deadline. He was extremely polite and courteous, meticulous in his work, and constantly asking for my feedback. He asserted many times that I, as the customer, should have the final say on whether the job has been done satisfactorily. Maurice did all the right things to prep the room: painting sheets, masking tape everywhere, removing/covering sockets, prepping surfaces, filling gaps, preserving character. He was extremely tidy and hoovered after himself. I would recommend Cadogan Contracts without hestiation. They were superb and I WILL be using them again in the future if I need work

Ciaran is a fantastic painter and decorator and I cannot recommend him more highly. He does the job to a very high standard, he is delight to have in ones house and i have recommended him to all my friends, even to one who has just moved house in the last few days and I said 'if you need a decorator you MUST use Ciaran of Zen Painting! As well as doing the jobs i initially asked Ciaran back to my house to do, he was happy to do other much smaller jobs that i had not initially told him about. Ciaran has such a lovely attitude and he is very approachable and nothing is too much trouble. I simply can't recommend him more highly!

I can’t recommend DMJS Developments enough! They were professional, tidy, thorough and friendly! Dan really listened to what I wanted and was more than happy to amend the quotes several times and he even suggested a few ideas! I would 100% recommend DMJS Developments, I didn’t have to worry about anything as Dan was super efficient and sorted everything that was needed! I have already rebooked them for another two jobs!
