ADX Properties is a construction firm that caters primarily to the investment and development sector with the aim of tailoring all refurbishments and developments around the exit strategy and end goal of every project. We specialise mainly in buy to let refurbishments and HMO conversions, as well as refurbishments intended for social housing projects and prospective flips. After spending years developing my own projects and liaising with builders who couldn't understand my goals, ADX was born from the realisation that most contractors don't understand the investment side. They build what you ask for, but can't tell you if you're overcapitalising or if a lower spec would achieve the same rent. We can, because we've been there. That's another reason why we tend not to operate outside of Merseyside. As the director, I know the areas and what they each individually warrant, and I'm able to advise accordingly.
