Outstanding work carried out from start to finish, old wooden ceiling torn down and disposed of. Kitchen fully protected from start to finish, ceiling was freshly plastered, new spotlights added and looks amazing, left to dry for a week and then painted both ceiling and walls. Couldn't be more happy with all the work carried out and would highly recommend to anyone that's needing work done in their home

I would strongly recommend that you don't hire Mr Johnstone. His inexperience meant he didnt find reason for water ingress that another more experienced roofer did quickly and easily. The problem wasnt resolved but he failed to respond to various requests to return and discuss/rectify matters. All efforts failed (including that of MyBuilder) and I never heard from him again. His work guarantee isnt upheld and cant be relied on. He left a badly positioned roof tile and spilled a lot of white paint on my roof, leaving it permanently marked. I had to hire another roofer who repaired the leak and also some other significant issues which Mr Johnstone didnt pick up on. He doesnt take before and after photos of repairs for customers which all good roofers should. He left the worksite in a mess and I had to clear up after him. A costly, frustrating and stressful experience.

First class job and reasonably priced. Very friendly and courteous. Tom arrived on time when he said he would. He also tidied up before he left. Worked tirelessly without much of a break. We will definitely use Tom again in the future and recommend him to family and friends.
