Adam is great. Polite, professional and listens! Will offer options/alternatives when you know what you want but recognise it might not be suitable for what we’ve got to work with. I got Adam back for a second time where did an excellent job, even fixed my stair on the way out. So refreshing having a man come to quote who didn’t tell me what I should be doing or having, talk over me or raise their voice when I politely stuck to my guns.
