Big disappointment and poor experience with this company. We were looking to do a complete strip and redesigning of our bathroom. Spent hours designing and on site visits from Sukhi Jaspal. Advance payment sent as asked and signed contract. Cancelled the job at the last minute saying that the bathroom fitter has moved to London. I offered to wait till she finds a new fitter thinking that a lot of effort and time had gone into designing and didn't fancy doing it all over again with a new builder. Also had taken time off work for the days the building work was to be carried out. Lack of communication - Didn't answer calls or messages. Fortunately, was able to get the deposit back.
