I hired Klejvis to redecorate my flat after a long tenancy. He and his team also carried out some carpentry and general maintenance. I was very happy with the work that was carried out and I thought the price was reasonable. They also did a great job of re rendering a tatty part of my exterior wall and fixed a leak on a flat roof. Again for a reasonable price. Very nice to deal with, would definitely recommend

A very nice gentleman, but it was evident that, having quoted by photos, he had underestimated the project size. As a result, there wasn't enough time. The finish was acceptable, but filling the walls and allowing time to do multiple coats all had to be done within one day to fit within the budget he had allowed meaning that the finished product was fine for the price we paid, but I'm sure it could have been a little better with more time.

This is the second time around that we have appointed Andrew and his team, this time it was for a full refurbishment of my 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom flat. We only had 2 months to complete this project and the job was done on time, efficient and very neat. His team of builders, plumber and electrician were all very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Andrew himself made sure everything was done to the highest standard and in a timely manner. Andrew was very dedicated and helped me out with any issue that arose during the project even if it was not his responsibility. I am very happy with the refurbishment and will definitely use Andrew with his team at Melchior again for my next project.

Mr Rifat did an excellent job for plastering rooms and i would recommend him to everyone highly. The work he has done is to a very high standard and completed in 3 days. His quote was very helpful and comprehensive and he was helpful and very kind and calm. He did not take a break from doing the work, even though i told him to take a seat for 5-10 minutes. He is a very hardworking person. I think anyone to catch him to do a job for themselves is very lucky. I recommend him to everyone because he knows how to do good job.

I am very happy with the work they completed on our garden. They pretty much gave us a new garden. They were on time, polite, understood what we wanted and couldn't have been more helpful. They prepared the ground, installed artificial grass, laid the most amazing decking I have seen (not your usual uPVC) and helped lay the garden cabling - all with a great finish. If I had another garden, they would definitely be first in line to work on it - I couldn't recommend them enough.

Very hard working tradesmen. I posted the job on Monday night, they responded within 30 minutes, arrived just before 10:00 Tuesday morning and they had the job done that same day. They did a decent job and would likely use them again for some more work. My constructive criticism would be for them to be better prepared for the job at hand and be more tidy next time (I can go into detail but there’s no need). Overall I had a decent experience working with these tradesmen. Best regards

Shalva of Barama group Ltd is a excellent tradesman. Both him and his colleague did an amazing job with paint stripping, making good and re- painting my front door, door frame, both external and internal. The end result is transformative and it looks great. From the point of contact to his arrival on the day, Shalva displayed professionalism. On the day he remained on task and completed the job in an appropriate timescale, including clearing up any mess made. My overall experience is a very positive one and I would highly recommend Barama Group limited.
