Hi, I'm Michael, Managing Director of Elite Construction & Consulting Ltd, a Worthing-based building company specialising in home extensions, renovations and structural alterations throughout Sussex. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, we undertake everything from smaller building works to substantial extensions and complete property transformations. **Home Extensions & Renovations** A large part of our work involves helping homeowners create more space and make better use of their existing properties. Whether you're planning a single or double-storey extension, a larger kitchen and family living area, or a complete reconfiguration of your home, we have the experience and expertise to manage the entire project from start to finish. We're particularly experienced in structural alterations, including removing load-bearing walls, installing steelwork and creating large open-plan living spaces. This is often an important part of an extension or renovation, and it's an area where our technical knowledge and practical experience really set us apart. We also undertake loft conversions, garage conversions, internal alterations and general building work. **Why Choose Elite Construction?** I understand that choosing a builder is a big decision. You're trusting someone with your home, your money and, quite often, months of disruption to everyday life. Getting the building work right is essential, but so is the experience you have along the way. That's something we take very seriously. We believe a good builder should do more than simply turn up and carry out the work. You should expect clear communication, proper planning, honest advice and someone who takes responsibility for the project from beginning to end. I take a hands-on approach to our projects, working closely with our team and clients to ensure everything is properly organised and completed to a high standard. We also appreciate that many homeowners remain living in their properties during building work. We make every effort to keep disruption to a minimum, maintain a clean and safe site, and treat your home with the respect it deserves. **What You Can Expect From Us** - Proud members of the Federation of Master Builders (FMB). - £5 million public liability insurance. - Over 20 years of construction industry experience. - Experienced in extensions, complex structural work and complete renovations. - Detailed, transparent quotations with clearly defined inclusions. - Reliable, skilled tradespeople and carefully managed projects. - Regular communication and a clean, organised working environment. - Honest advice, practical solutions and a genuine commitment to quality. We take considerable care when preparing our quotations, ensuring you understand exactly what's included and how your project will be approached. We're also happy to suggest alternatives and cost-saving opportunities where appropriate. Above all, we're proud of our reputation and the relationships we build with our clients. We want you to feel confident you've made the right choice, not just when the work is finished, but throughout the entire process. If you're considering an extension, renovation or any other building project, I'd be delighted to discuss your plans, offer some practical advice and provide a free, no-obligation quotation. You're also very welcome to see examples of our completed projects or speak with previous clients. Thanks for considering Elite Construction. Michael
