Latest review:Kitchen Fitting-In one word "Amazing"!!!! I have been delaying leaving my review as i didn't want Andrew snapped up by anyone else. From the start of the project Andrew has been nothing but professional, with exceptional time keeping and the quality of his work is outstanding. He project managed a complete transformation of a kitchen knock through into the dining room and rebuild, he called in the plumber, builder, tiler and electrician all at the right times in the project and his team are also brilliant. Andrew is currently working upstairs preparing an ensuite now and i have absolutely no complaints at all, in fact my wife wants to adopt him!!! He is great for expectation management and offers his sound advice on the hundreds of stupid questions and ideas we had. This was my first project and really didn't know what to expect as i had seen all the horror stories on tv, but nothing but gratitude for this superb carpenter/project manager/painter/basically every thing. I have no hesitation in recommending Andrew and his team for any project, no matter how big or small!!! Thank you very much.

Latest review:Architecture-Neil has not been to the moon, but he has supplied us with some amazing drawings for our extension, he was more than happy to listen to our thoughts and give us lots of options for our extension. The planning application went through in record time and Neil took care of everything for us. He was only slightly more expensive than others we spoke to but his standards are miles above the rest. Our builders have said that they do not need to think about the build as the instruction on our drawings are so easy to follow. Thank you Neil, much appreciated.

Latest review:Loft Conversion-We started with two possible projects. Loft conversion, which we did not proceed with, and knocking through a wall in the kitchen and removing a pillar, which we did. Martin was exceptionally helpful, particularly when it came to organising the correct steels, and offered real clarity on the costs. He also made several recommendations along the way that we found very helpful. Martin and his team were very friendly, efficient and delivered exceptional quality. It is clearly a very disruptive process to knock down walls but they did everything that they could to keep the disruption to a minimum, which was useful since we have two young children. We are very pleased with the end result. Martin guided us from planning right through to kitchen installation and everything in between. I would definitely recommend him and his team.

Latest review:Bathroom Fitting-I employed GWBS to undertake some renovation work. The building work was done to a reasonable standard. As extra work I decided on underfloor heating my wows began! I had issues with its installation they ignored manufacturers guidance. The floor was laid on an uneven floor but they had fallen out with the subcontractor and wanted me to chase the works to its completion. I had difficulty getting the work finished. So I refused a final invoice, of £450. Over a 3/4 month period I managed to find someone to finish the flooring.They did the best they could it's uneven in places and the heat isn't uniform. I still needed electrical sign off - I was chased for updates. I asked for them to stop harassing me, we agreed to accept the job as finish they would not contact me again. The subcontractor contacted me - the electrical checks were done. Having promised they wouldn't contact me, they did, asking for payment. I responded to the text, yes (mistake) but blocked their calls. A few months later they appeared at my house, I was at work. I contacted them immediately via email. They threatened me with debt collectors if I didn't pay that day. I offered a good will payment they refused I endured a day of emails, claims of letters said they sent, sighting recorded delivery, of out of context text messages. In fear of debt collectors, feeling under duress and stressed I paid them! I am now considering should I take legal action for distress and harassment.
I have used him few times and he is always done a good job. He did a small extension, including all ground work and drainage. He organized everything and was very reliable. Always on time and very good to work with. Will definitely use him again.
