Octavian is a really great guy, very reliable, never disappoint, maintained good communication with us all the time. As a customer, obviously the most important part is great craftmanship, we have used other teams before and you can easily tell the difference between his work and the others. From things such as painting (you can tell they have paint and sand multiple times to provide such great finishing), tile installation (the gap between each tile is tiny, and they are very flat), Octavian’s team can get them all done. This job involves a full flat refurbishment, so the flat was completely stripped, knocked down a few walls, install new pipes / wire etc. During his work he has spotted many things that we have not noticed before. Unlike some other contractors who do not care, they will just finish what they were asked to do and leave. Octavian spotted it and recommend us the best solution for it, to provide the best outcome for the project. It is important to find someone who do care about the customer and the project. We will use him again for our future projects. Thanks. Tommy

Artjom and his team have done a wonerful job on our loft conversion and house renovation. We are very pleased at the transformation. Although not the cheapest quote we obtained, they were highly professional, kept the noise down and cleaned up after themselves. We also added several other jobs to our initial quote and they undertook these as requested. It is important to keep a record of everything you ask to be done. They worked very fast and were able to complete everything within 2 months - it helped that our house was empty at the time, so they didn't have to deal with us living there at the same time as the works were being carried out. Overall, I would highly recommend Adam Renovations for any building works you need done to your property.

We employed A.V Structures for the building of an external wall around our property, the removal of a garage and the installation of railings and gates. Throughout the 4 week programme we could not have been happier with their work. Arrival was prompt, their pace of work displayed energy and purpose. They were mindful of us and our neighbours and made sure the area was left clean and tidy at the end of each days work.in addition the workmen were courteous and kept us fully informed. Alex, the owner of the company, kept in close contact with us to assure himself of our satisfaction. He came on site at intervals to check that all was going according to plan. We therefore felt completely confident that quality and outcomes were important to him. Employing A.V Structures was a decision we were pleased to have made. We would use them again without hesitation and recommend them highly to anyone considering similar work.

Blueline completed the work to the exact high standard i was hoping for, while remaining on budget and estimated timescales - the three things that were most important to us! They were punctual, practical, knowledgeable and willing to give advice when either needed or when something could potentially be improved. They were always available to talk through what was happening at every stage of our job, with any complications arising, and importantly solutions to any problems. They knew their stuff and got the job done without any hassle either. They even came back after the job was finished to shift some pipework which i had an extra requirement for. We used Mitica for a loft conversion in Sept/Oct 2023 and we have nothing but praise for him and his team! If I could give them 6 stars out of 5 I would! The job was quoted 6-8 weeks and they were done by 5.5 weeks. Mitica and his team covers almost everything in-house incl but not limited to construction, plumbing, tiling, decorating, woodworks which reduced the risks of delays significantly. We received the quotation within timely manner from site visit, the quote was detailed and transparent and competitive. Communication throughout the project was great, the workers were punctual, respectful to neighbours, kept noise and dust to a minimum. Miticia also managed to tweak drawings and the position of the stairs which gave us more useable floor space than initially expected. The attention to detail is visible everywhere in the final product and we would wholeheartedly recommend them and will be using for any future work we may undertake.
