Steve and his team were simple fantastic. I had a strong vision of what i wanted and with Steve's guidance and expertise we were able to produce the open plan, modern extension that i had always dreamt of. Its a difficult decision choosing a tradesmen but after meeting Steve and talking through the plans i was certain Shore developments were the right team for the job. I have now been living in the new space for a while now and its feels great. I am extremely pleased with the work and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend Steve & shore Deveolpments for any project.

Carpenter with over 10 years experience. I have been building loft conversions for over 6 years and that is really what I am looking for. Yet I want to say i am confident in most construction jobs. No job is to small for me to consider, please don't hesitate to contact me with any type of construction work. Carpentry is my main line of work , i have a good knowledge of all building work and I also have a good team for other aspects of work such as plastering, plumbing etc,all with certification

Giles is a very capable carpenter/builder and in the end I was overall ok with the work done. However, his behaviour and care of property left a lot to be desired. He has no customer service skills and the loudness and nature of conversations were not appropriate in a small cul de sac. Despite being asked many times by myself and even his fellow workman he continued to shout and use inappropriate language. The thing that upset me the most was just the lack of professionalism and respect for property. The work required lots of sawing and cutting of tiles. This was done all over my garden lawn and has virtually ruined it, no work sheets under the work table to stop stuff going over lawn. Paint over floor and grass, cig buts everywhere, dried cement left all over road. To be fair Giles did offer to come back and sort stuff out after I had pointed stuff out to him but to be honest I don’t want him back here. He could not sort lawn anyway and I am having to get gardener to sort. He has left bags of sand at front of property which he promised to collect - they have been here for days now. There are other issues which I will speak to My builder directly about. It’s a shame actually because I can see that Giles is actually a pretty amazing carpenter and builder. If he can sort out the other issues I reckon that he will become a top rated.
