Matthew took this job on even though it wasn't going to be the easiest of jobs due to the fact it's up several steps to the house/ garden we have no drive so material and skip were based over on the car park across a very busy road but that didn't put matthew off. Matthew and Craig worked hard and were so accommodating with everything we asked of them. They were hard working. Arrived daily just got on with the job. All waste had to be taken over to the skip so back and forth. He listened and provided advice on options, scoped the right cupboards and unit top to match the rest of the kitchen and maintained excellent communication throughout the whole task. His quote was produced quickly and followed up with an explanation of how he planned to deliver the work. During the wait for the cupboards, he kept us informed and arranged a date to install that suited our needs, all in a compressed timeline. He arrived on time, produced work of an excellent standard and left the work area exceptionally clean. We are very pleased with the result and would certainly use Chris again for other jobs. He will be recommended to others as someone who can be trusted to do a great job, providing options to consider. - Get in touchTurned up to quote and agreed price, however the job was delayed due to their personal situaion with I respected and was patient. After being promised to do the job this weekend (with no arrival time sorted) they simply stopped replying to me and cut me off when I tried calling. If you can't do the job, say so and cancel. Don't skirt around making empty promises. I've been without a working bathroom for over a week and now I have to find someone else to do it. Very inconvenient. He provided both knowledge and mechanical and structural engineering contacts through out the build. Even during the recent price surges he has through thoughtful planning managed to bring the project in under budget. His teams where full of insightful suggestions both to keep the costs down without harming the final product and assisted to keep the house liveable for the longest duration.
