A RICS-accredited survey identified numerous unfinished items and construction defects. A later inspection revealed additional electrical and gas safety concerns, some now under formal review by NAPIT. Approved architectural plans were not followed, resulting in further disruption. The experience has had a lasting impact on our family, as we were left without a working kitchen, family bathroom, garden, or heating for extended periods. I strongly encourage others to carry out thorough due diligence and obtain independent checks before proceeding with any contractor.
