When we invited Rae into our home to view the possibility of what we might be able to achieve, we were extremely impressed by the extra scope and insight he gave us. It went far beyond what we envisaged and he was able to create a lot more living space for us. When you undertake a project this big you never really know how it will appear as a final result, Rae was able to deliver a brilliantly finished loft conversion and keep our peace of mind throughout the whole project. When we look at it now we really can't believe what we have gained! Much more than we expected and I think this was the most impressive thing about choosing Rae and his talented team, it was that they were able to go the extra mile to get everything out of the area being worked with! Its that personal touch that made us ask Rae back a few months later to knock through the downstairs bathroom and put in a new suite. Again the same team did an excellent job and no task was too much for them to deal with. Rae and his team of confident builders were easy to work with from day one and were early on site and worked hard through out the day to complete the loft conversion and porch in 8 weeks, Which in our opinion was a very impressive turn around! They were clean and tidy every day and respectful of our neighbours. If we had to choose to do it all over again I would choose Rae. Thank you Rae and your team for improving our lifestyle beyond what we could have imagined :-)

We commissioned Mark to do our loft extension and were very happy with the end result. As a tradesperson, Mark is really friendly and easy to talk to. the team knew what they were doing from start to finish. The architects drawings were off, so we had to overcome that issue, but they did a good job. Having read a previous comment about finishes, I can say that I expected to hire a painter, decorator at the end. However, saying that, there were a couple of spots that needed re-snagging and Mark went over to make sure we were happy. Overall, I'd look to hire Mark again. We chose a lot of our fixtures and fittings, so think that worked well to give the finish we wanted.
